Misleading information on web site for Australian tourist visa.

Applied and paid for two Australian tourist visas to visit family. Their web site was unclear about the need for 'exemptions', would have been helpful to have that clearly upfront. However, the visa's have been granted and we now wait for our travel exemption to be granted, which needed family residence details. All worked out in the end.

Misleading information on web site for Australian tourist visa.

Applied and paid for two Australian tourist visas. Their web site says clearly through all but two sentences somewhat hidden away, we could apply now because the visa lasts 12 months! You can't! So they will hold our application, and payment, until the Australian's open for business again. The Australian government site says clearly you cant apply until 3 months before you depart. All misleading in their favour.

Great experience...

I didn't initally realise this was not a Government site...and although I have paid double what the US official government charges for the ESTA, it came back quickly with my result.. Esta Granted. After a few hours.. I would not recommend paying the extra for a 1 hour response/ result Unless I was at the airport .. ready to fly and without one. Waiting the 3 hrs was good enough otherwise and definitely not worth anymore money.

Form simple but format instable.

The form was easy to understand but unstable on the screen, so I had to fill it three times. Once filled, the ESTA form was ready for home printing straight way, which was impressive.
