A rip off

Charged 29.95 GBP for a service from the official US DHS that charges 14 USD, i.e. 11GBP My wife fell for this scam, which I thought had been banned. Had to go to the US Embassy site to double check the authenticity of the ESTAs issued. Also what happens to the CO2 carbon set-off money. I am given to understand that negative reviews will not be posted
