Straightforward process.

Easy to follow procedure. Would have liked a little more info. re Mother’s surname. Wondered if it was her birth name or name when I was born or name when she remarried. Put the latter and, thankfully, successful.

Fast service and user friendly system.

I would have given it 5* as it’s fast and easy to use. However the only issue is that the date has to be 3days in advance without paying additional urgent fees. I think it should be remove as my travel date was in two days and I could have went in two days as I was approved in a few hours. So perhaps review or remove the additional fee for less than 3 days because the visa is issued quite quick.

Still Scammers

I paid for there 18 minute urgent service. Nearly 2 hours later with no response at all, the link they sent me to track my order doesn’t work any more and I have been on hold to speak to them for over 30 minutes with no answers. These guys are clearly scammers using false advertising. After leaving my review I was then offered a refund if I was willing to change my review to a good one. I will not be bribed like this. I am also £30 out of pocket from having to call Canada to try and get help after e-visa refused to answer the phone or respond to emails.

Scammers
