WOW! Seriously impressed!

We found ourselves very stuck for an ESTA visa, which we completely didn't realise we needed for our trip to the USA (no idea how we missed that! Hey ho!)...only to find this out as we tried to check in! We ended up missing our flight because of our error, but we sat down, applied for the visas (it took around 15 or so minutes) and within just over an hour or so, we got the brilliant news that our visa applications were successful. So we quickly re-booked our flights! And thanks to the 'on the ball' e-Visa team, we got to go to Chicago and reunite with my brother after 20+ years of not being able to see each other.
