Thank you for your feedback. We take every review seriously and would like to address a few points you raised.
We have explained multiple times via email that once an order is placed and paid for, our packing team immediately starts processing it. We are known for our fast shipping and during the busy holiday season, our packing team worked non-stop to ensure all our customers received their orders quickly. We are sorry that this did not meet your expectations. When you contact our customer service over the weekend, we are only able to respond on Monday, as our packing team works at a different location and does not have access to the emails sent to customer service. Unfortunately, this makes it impossible to cancel an order once it has been processed.
Regarding the tester: testers cannot be returned. However, we offered you the option to return the tester after receiving it, but you declined this offer. Returning an order is always at the expense of the customer. This is clearly communicated on our website.
Leaving a review is of course your right, but it is important to note that an honest review is key to transparency. Your review omits some key details and provides incomplete information, which does not fairly represent our service. We always strive to offer the best possible experience and are disappointed that your experience does not fully reflect the standard of service we typically provide for our customers.
