Wat betreft uw opmerking over de Acqua di Genova: hier willen we graag enige uitleg over geven. Op onze website staat bij de productomschrijving Eau de Toilette Concentrée. Dit is de benaming en aanduiding die door Acqua di Genova zelf voor dit product werd gebruikt. Het gaat hierbij om hetzelfde parfumconcentraat dat door het merk ook wordt aangeduid als Eau de Parfum. Wij volgen hierin de productinformatie en instructies van het merk. Het is een beetje verwarrend inderdaad. Dus gebruiken we beide omschrijvingen.
Het is dus niet zo dat u een Eau de Toilette heeft ontvangen terwijl er een Eau de Parfum werd aangeboden. Eau de Toilette Concentrée en Eau de Parfum verwijzen in dit geval naar hetzelfde concentraat.
Wat betreft uw e-mail over het wijzigen van uw wachtwoord: wij kunnen helaas geen bericht van u terugvinden in onze mailbox. Het kan heel soms gebeuren dat een bericht onterecht in onze spamfilter terechtkomt. Dat lijkt in dit geval helaas te zijn gebeurd. Onze excuses daarvoor.
We staan juist altijd graag klaar om onze klanten snel en behulpzaam te helpen. Als wij uw bericht hadden ontvangen, hadden we u uiteraard graag geholpen met het wijzigen van uw wachtwoord.

Ho ordinato 3 set di campioncini e sono arrivati in tempi celeri senza problemi. Avevo scordato di selezionare le fragranze nell'apposita sezione ma ho risolto via e-mail in pochissimo tempo, quindi ottimo customer service. Selezione di brand incredibils e molto difficili da reperire come Papillon. Inoltre, buoni atomizzatori.

Mijn nieuwe favoriete parfumshop!Wat een fantastische ervaring met Parfumaria! Ik heb hier de God of Fire van Stéphane Humbert Lucas besteld. De mango in deze geur is echt zó ontzettend lekker; het parfum is heerlijk fris en zacht. Ik heb specifiek voor Parfumaria gekozen omdat God of Fire hier een stuk goedkoper was dan elders. Als grote verrassing kreeg ik er ook nog eens 3 testers bij, iets wat ik bij andere online parfumwinkels echt niet gewend ben. Parfumaria is vanaf nu absoluut mijn nieuwe go-to shop. Echt een enorme aanrader!

Before refusing the delivery, you contacted us to ask what would happen if the parcel was not accepted. We informed you in advance that, if you refused the shipment, the parcel would be returned to us and that the outbound and return shipping costs, as well as the applicable handling costs, would be deducted from your refund. You decided to refuse the parcel after receiving this information. As the order was placed by you and shipped exactly as agreed, we do not believe it would be reasonable for ParfuMaria to bear the costs resulting from a delivery that was subsequently refused by the customer.
Although your order qualified for free shipping, this promotion only applies to completed purchases. Once an order has been packed and shipped, we have already incurred the shipping costs charged by the carrier. When a parcel is refused, additional return shipping and handling costs are charged to us as well.
This policy is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions, which are available on our website before an order is placed. We have therefore handled your refund in accordance with those published terms.

Fijne koopervaring van A tot Z
Mijn favoriete edp met een mooie korting gekocht. Bestelproces ging makkelijk. Snel geleverd. Samples erbij (deden ze ondanks dat het een adgesprijsd artikel was). Nog een handgeschreven krabbel oo de nota. Allemaal van die kleine dingen waaruit de betrokkenheid en het persoonlijke blijkt. Heb nog mailcontact met hen gehad en er werd direct en positief gereageerd. Ik ga hier zeker weer bestellen. Top!

Op aanraden van een vriendin heb ik deze parfum aangekocht,, hij ruikt erg slecht en maakt vlekken op witte kledij. Kortom een miskoop. Qua levering en het bedrijf top.

We vinden het uiteraard jammer dat Classic Patchouli niet uw persoonlijke geur blijkt te zijn. Geurbeleving is echter zeer persoonlijk en juist Classic Patchouli is een uitgesproken patchouligeur die wereldwijd veel liefhebbers en kenners heeft.
Een persoonlijke voorkeur voor een geur staat natuurlijk los van de kwaliteit van het product of de service die wij hebben geleverd. Daarom vinden we het jammer dat deze persoonlijke geurvoorkeur heeft geleid tot een beoordeling van één ster voor onze dienstverlening, zeker omdat u zelf aangeeft dat u over onze levering en ons bedrijf wél zeer tevreden bent.
Voor een uitgesproken geur als Classic Patchouli adviseren wij altijd om eerst een sample te proberen wanneer u de geur nog niet kent. Zo kunt u rustig beoordelen of een parfum bij u past voordat u een volledige flacon aanschaft.
Wat betreft de vlekken op witte kleding: bij parfum adviseren wij om rechtstreeks contact met lichte of kwetsbare kleding te vermijden. Zeker bij donkerder gekleurde parfums kan dit zichtbare verkleuring veroorzaken. Het beste is om parfum op de huid te sprayen en het even te laten drogen.
We respecteren uiteraard dat Classic Patchouli niet uw persoonlijke voorkeur is. We hopen alleen dat u onze service en de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening in uw beoordeling zou willen onderscheiden van uw persoonlijke smaak voor een bepaalde geur.

Very stressful and distressing
The fragrances are of quality, but the service and especially the delivery are catastrophic! Indeed, I gave the site a private address and, after a long wait, I noticed that my package, damaged, was delivered to a relay point far from my home. The site will once again reply to me as it did by email and on "Trustpilot," namely that the error comes from DHL and not from them, without apologizing or offering a commercial gesture as compensation for what I suffered. What makes me angry is their stubbornness and almost their arrogance. I hated their answers, they are always on the defensive and they don't care what I've been through, all they care about is giving a beautiful image of their site. Given the arrogant, cold and heady attitude of the site's managers, I do not recommend this site at all.

We are sorry to read that you experienced the delivery in this way. However, we would like to clarify a number of important facts for anyone reading this review.
Your order was delivered within 6 days, which is within the normal delivery timeframe for this destination. The parcel was not lost or exceptionally delayed.
You selected a private delivery address, but the final delivery location was determined by DHL, not by ParfuMaria. As clearly stated in our delivery information on our website, delivery to a private address cannot always be guaranteed for international shipments. Depending on the country, address and local carrier, a parcel may be redirected to a local pickup point if delivery to the provided address is not possible. Unfortunately, this is outside our control once the parcel has entered the carrier's network.
We are also sorry to hear that the parcel arrived damaged. Transport related damage needs to be reported to us so that we can investigate the matter with the carrier. We cannot simply assume responsibility for something that occurred within the carrier's network, nor can we offer compensation without first establishing what happened.
We have responded to your previous messages based on the information available to us and have tried to explain the situation clearly. We regret that you experienced our replies as cold or defensive, as that was certainly not our intention. At the same time, we believe it is important to distinguish between an issue with our service and an issue that occurred during transportation by DHL.
For the sake of transparency, there is also another important part of our previous correspondence that we feel should be mentioned. You explicitly indicated to us that you would not write a negative review if we would send you a complimentary bottle of perfume. We have retained the correspondence confirming this. We declined this request because we do not believe that a negative review should be used as a means of obtaining a free product or compensation.
We have nevertheless continued to respond to your concerns and have tried to assist you professionally. We believe that reviews should reflect a customer's genuine experience rather than be used as leverage to obtain complimentary products.
We are pleased that you are satisfied with the quality of the fragrances themselves. We are sorry that you were unhappy with the delivery experience, but we feel that describing a shipment delivered within six days as “catastrophic” does not accurately reflect the actual circumstances.
We always remain available to assist our customers when something genuinely goes wrong and will continue to do our best to provide a professional and reliable service.
