I've recently bought a perfume from Parfumaria and I discovered that the bottle, 100 ml, was only filled half up, aka 50 ml. I've tried to contact the company but was denied any corporation from them to solve the issue. I would not recommend them to anyone. / The above review is the original review which parfumaria complained to me about and wants me to change. So here is an update, NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

Thank you for your review. As previously indicated by e-mail, you had already been using the product for some weeks. Our general terms and conditions clearly state that any details regarding a received product must be reported immediately on the day of receipt. Since the product has been in use for some time, we can no longer help with that. We weigh every product before we ship it. the weight was exactly the same at the time of delivery to you. Here is also the reaction from the brand Laurent Mazzone: Our manufacturer proceed to a very strict control of our production and we have never received any complaint of that kind. If there had been a leak it would have been immediately identified on the packaging of the product, which is not mentioned by the client. It is not realistic to report that a bottle has become quite empty once someone has been using a product for a few weeks. Best regards from ParfuMaria

Avrei dato 5 stelle ma 29 euro di spedizione sono tanti.

Il servizio è rapido, tenendo conto delle distanze,ho acquistato dall'Italia, graditi gli omaggi, il punto forte à la grande selezione di fragranze altrove introvabili.L'unica pecca e' il costo di spedizione, che induce a comperare solo quello che proprio non si trova altrove.Non dico di eliminarlo ,comprendo le spese,ma si potrebbe abbassare un poco.

Grazie per la tua opinione. Spediamo profumi con trasporti speciali. Assicurato e veloce. I profumi sono merci pericolose e non devono essere spediti con il trasporto standard economico. A dire il vero...questi costi sono molto più alti ma il cliente paga solo una parte dei costi. Purtroppo non abbiamo alcuna influenza sui costi di trasporto.

Bon site

Le site est sérieux. Les échantillons sont authentiques. Large choix de parfums. Néanmoins, je peux pas mettre un avis parfait car malheureusement mon colis n a été réceptionné qu après 1 mois d attente (renvoi de pays en pays sans tentative de livraison). Le prestataire choisi par le site est vraiment mauvais. C est dommage. Néanmoins merci à Parfumaria d avoir rectifié l erreur même si ce fut extrêmement long. Heureusement qu il ne s agissait que d échantillons et non pas d un parfum à 200 euros.

package never received and no response from the site

I was happy to order lots of samples because there was plenty to choose from. subsequently I could have purchased one or more perfumes in large format. but I won't. I am extremely disappointed and angry. It's been almost 3 weeks and I still haven't received anything. I wrote a complaint to have my order returned and of course now I have no response. non-serious site
