Exceptional communication and ultra fast shipping.

I ordered some Amouage perfumes including Boundless Man, Fate Man, Journey Man and Honour Man. Package was shipped same day with tracking number via DHL and arrived within a few days packed very safely and included some samples of other niche perfume houses.

Ordering easy, but products inconsistent

5 stars for customer service. Noticed a discrepancy on my address and they were able to change right away. Lower rating is for the inconsistent quality of the perfumes. Ordered two sets of full size perfumes w/10ml bottles and then a full size and separate 10 ml bottle. The 10ml bottles in the gift sets either leaked or were not full from the start. The individually packaged 10ml perfume showed no signs of leakage on the packaging so don’t think it was full when it was shipped. The two exact full-size perfumes were different colors and did not smell the same.

Really fast and reliable, great choice of perfume

I was a bit wary at first to be ordering stuff from here as I live in Poland but saw many positive reviews and decided to go for it. I got my second delivery last week and I am very happy with the overall experience. This was an abroad delivery but it was super fast - it was sent the very next day and got to me in a bout 4 days with no issues whatsoever. I'm super happy that I found this site as a majority of the perfume there is just not available here in Poland. Another great thing is that they allow you to pick ANY perfume available from their website to add to their sample set. I HIGHLY recommend.
