Although the currier (Fedex) did not manage the transfer well, all the products arrived very well. ParfuMaria, was always aware of my opinion of the products, today I can say that they are all very good. Si bien el currier (Fedex) no gestiono bien el traslado, todos los productos llegaron muy bien. ParfuMaria, siempre estuvo al pendiente de mi opinión del los productos, hoy puedo decir que todos son muy buenos.

They are very friendly. Parfumaria solved the problem when the delivery company didn't do any computer processing. And the delivery was perfect. Put it in a large, unbreakable box and put it well in the buffer. They are friendly and professional. I will continue to order.

Prima webshop, niks mis mee. Maar als ik dan een mail stuur en vraag om aanbevelingen wordt er niet thuis gegeven. Jammer. Even een aanpassing op de reactie hieronder. Ik kreeg reactie nadat ik deze beoordeling had geplaatst, maar die was meer om mijn beoordeling aan te passen dan om mij te woord te staan. Ik reageerde inderdaad niet meer omdat ik me een beetje gedenigreerd voelde en vond de toon ook niet zo vriendelijk. Of ik was op vakantie. Goede zaken verder.

Bought a few bottles from Parfumaria, but my last order was incomplete. I did get a response to my complaint from Tina after investigation and agreed that i had samples missing. Parfumaria did say that two of my samples were not available and demonstrated this, this was perhaps my mistake. In saying that an email saying that would have been good so communication could have been better, if not Parfumaria should have just added two samples of their choice. I can buy the same products elsewhere some with free shipping and same price so if i am paying a lot for postage i expect my order to complete in full.

Ik heb een par samples besteld en een mini flesje parfum. Alles was perfect. Mooie verpakking en snelle levering, alleen met de betaling was erg omslachtig. Voordat ik het wist zat ik vast aan Pay Pal het- geen niet mijn bedoeling was. Daarna heb ik met Ideal betaald en is het toch nog in orde gekomen, maar alles heeft hierdoor wel een vervelende vertraging opgelopen. Het is maar dat u het weet. Er is geen winkel in Nederland met zoveel niche parfums. Althans de niche oarfums die ik lekker vind. Goede service en de samples die opgestuurd worden zijn ook geweldig.
