Beautiful and functional but a few improvement

Beautiful looking product that suits our baby room perfectly. The drawer beneath the bed is very handy. Issues experienced are: - the base wood rim of cot is higher than the slats so found that our mattress sags down in the middle and needs supporting. - Bottom drawer arrived with a chip in the wood and paint. Delivery issues? Both things we’ve managed to resolve ourselves.

5 pence shy of free delivery is a bit off...

The product itself is nice.. easy to build and sturdy. However the fact that it doesn't qualify for free delivery because of the mere 5 pence is totally wrong.

Easy to order, quick delivery

Easy to browse website. Bought a bed for transitioning from cot and it’s perfect, daughter loves it. We will purchase from here again once our son is ready to transition too!

Quick delivery but item hasn’t lasted at all for the price

Looked lovely but is poor quality as hasn’t lasted at all. Tap was flimsy and part of the wood has come apart. Gutted as it looked lovely but tap broke easily

Good quality and quick delivery

Overall, very good quality bird that arrived quickly. The only reason it’s not five stars is because it’s quite hard to put all the slats into the bed - some just wouldn’t go in. Could do with some guide holes at the very least.
