Absolutely brilliant company! Ordered Clevo NJ75AU 17,3-inch Linux Laptop Workstation, i5-1335U (3.40 to 4.60 GHz – 2 P-Cores / 8 E-Cores / 12 Threads – 12 MB Intel® Smart Cache), 16 GB RAM, 1 TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD, 1 TB 2.5" SSD (Seq. Read: 560 MB/s, Write: 530 MB/s). Order placed Monday morning 07/03/2025, arrives to my home in the UK on Wednesday 9th. An amazing turnaround time! LinuxMint preinstalled as requested with no custom options. I re-imaged LinuxMint with non standard partitions which I'm sure the technicians would have done for me to my required spec had I had requested it, I just preferred to do it myself. The Laptop is working perfectly as an everyday workhorse, nice big screen, handy to have the internal DVD. I highly recommended LapTopwithLinux and would use them again in an instant.

I have been using this Clevo NJ75AU for 4 days now it seems very well built and runs fantastic .It arrived triple boxed and well packed , From placing my order to arrival 5 days including a weekend. Many thanks to Laptop with Linux, I am very happy.

Your people were courteous and very patient. The computer arrived securely packaged ready to use (battery was fully charged) one minor complaint: for a built to order computer I expected the latest version of the operating system, and GIMP was version 2.10 not GIMP version 3.0

Ordered late Wednesday and received the laptop with my options here in UK on following Monday. Having imported Thunderbird portfolio now working my way through the other software - some of which are more more recent versions than on my old machine. Speed great, good screen (not tested on games). One issue: battery life seems shorter than expected even when Power Saver mode selected and screen dimmed from middle setting. That said supporting a 17 inch screen and 32GB of RAM will take some power.

Ik heb mijn NUC 13 pas twee dagen in huis, dus over de lange termijn kan ik niets zeggen. Maar het bestelproces verliep soepel, een foutje dat ik in de naamgeving gemaakt had werd meteen opgepakt en verbeterd en ze hadden binnen een dag die machine geassembleerd en het OS erop gezet. Geestig hoor: zo klein als een snoeptrommeltje en veel krachtiger en met veel meer opslag dan mijn negen jaar oude Tower. En stil. En ruim voldoende poorten. Wat mij betreft waar voor mijn geld, maar ja, anders had ik hem ook niet gekozen. Alleen de verzending met DHL was een klein drama. LmetL heeft het pakketje op maandagavond aangeboden het zou dinsdagavond bij mij zijn. Nou, het werd donderdag, vroeg in de middag. Daar kan LmetL niets aan doen, maar het was frustrerend. Het heen-en-weer mailen met LmetL gaf me dan wel weer een lekker gevoel: alle vragen die ik stelde werden binnen een half uur beantwoord.

Dit is de derde aanschaf bij Laptop with Linux. De 20 jaar oude desktop (ook met Linux) van mijn partner was aan vervanging toe. Met deze leuke laptop hopen we weer 20 jaar vooruit te kunnen.

My experience with Laptops With Linux was great! Loved the website and its ease of use. Putting together my build was guided step-by-step. Communication (even with the 9 hour time difference) was excellent. Shipping was very fast. I'm new to Linux, and was scared/anxious at switching over from Windows, and while I can't say it was easy, it was a lot smoother than i anticipated. Linux rocks! And Laptops With Linux was one of the few companies I found that sold Mini PCs with multiple Linux flavors already installed.

I ordered a Clevo V560EU 16-inch AMD Linux Ultrabook with the AMD Ryzen™ 7 260 processor and it has been working fantastically well so far as a Linux workstation at uni for me. Bios is from InsydeH2O, as is the case for most Clevo laptops. A bit bare-bones, just a fyi. Also gave me a student discount, so a big thank you to the customer service team. The price for the laptop in the configuration I ordered beat all the other Linux laptop vendors with the help of the discount~ Initially, they shipped a laptop with the wrong processor but they sent over the correct one with no extra delivery charges! They also answered my questions in a timely manner

I received the laptop in 2 days, very good machine, working perfectly so far. My only complaint is the keyboard: it could be better, I don't understand why they put a numeric keypad, wasting space.

I ordered a TongFang GX4 14-inch AMD Ryzen Ultrabook on a Saturday evening, it was shipped on the following Tuesday and was with me the following Thursday, i.e. five days including a weekend. Excellent service. It is exactly as described and very fast, and screenshot plots/graphs are publication quality. Highly recommended.

I'm very happy with the hardware; however, I wasn't too pleased with how the system was installed. I had ordered two SSDs: one 1TB and one 4TB. To me, it seemed obvious that the operating system should go on the 1TB drive and that `/home` should be mounted on the 4TB one. However, they put everything on the 4TB drive and left the 1TB as an extra. Well, maybe I should have specified that when I placed the order, but I thought it was obvious.

Duidelijke informatie op de site. Heel snelle levering. Mooie laptop en handig toetsenbord. Altijd met microsoft en apple gewerkt, maar ben nu heel blij met mijn Linux laptop. Ben daarmee Big Tech vrij en ook een stuk richting Amerika vrij!! Alles wat ik wilde installeren is gelukt, zonder problemen en ik ben echt geen kenner. Ik heb AMD processoren. Alles werkt snel en probleemloos. Het keyboard is super, met ook nog een numeriek deel. Er mogen wel nog wat spelletjes voor ouderen beschikbaar komen. Ik mis de Big5 spellen. Kan het iedereen echt aanraden.

Ik heb de Tongfang GX15 Ultrabook besteld. en ik had mij al van tevoren ingelezen. Ik had gelezen dat de ethernet adapter mogelijk niet out of the box zou werken. En Inderdaad, hij werkte niet in mijn Manjaro Linux. Via AUR en pakket Tuxedo-yt6801-dkms-git is het gelukt om die aan de praat te krijgen.. Fijn. Verder het bestelproces ging ook soepel. Ik ontving een mailtje over dat de twee bestelde 16GB geheugen blokjes niet voorradig zouden zijn. Of er dan één van 32GB geplaatst mocht worden. Ik ben de moeilijkste niet dus dat is goed. Twee dagen later stond hij te blinken op mijn schoot. Het is een zeer mooi en stevig ding.

My experience with the device I bought and customer support has been terrible. I write this hoping that other people don't go through the same. I bought a Clevo V560TU 16-inch Linux Ultrabook. On paper a really capable machine, with a good CPU, 240Hz screen, 8h battery life, up to 96GB RAM. A solid choice, I thought. In practice, the laptop has several issues and customer support doesn't care, even after reaching out to them via email and Whatsapp. The biggest issue was the battery power delivery. Unless constantly plugged to the battery charger, the CPU is throttled massively, and even watching an HD video on Youtube is a jarring experience with random freezes and stuttering (forget about the 240Hz or normal videocalling). Everything is affected, down to the responsiveness of typing characters on the keyboard. Speaking of the battery, despite the advertised 8h, the device can at most survive 3, with coding and browsing being the only activities. These 2 issues effectively turn this laptop into a desktop. The device gets hot easily, which means that the fans are on almost all the time. Watching a video is as little as it takes. The fan control seems to have problems, since the fans go from 0 to 100 immediately and on several occasions they spun without ever stopping, forcing me to reboot the laptop. Another problem was with the Wireless antenna. It has a very short range, suffers from random drops and the performance of online activities, like a video call, degrades quite quickly as you get further from the router. I cannot fit all my feedback in this review so I have to leave out other issues. I'm back to using a laptop bought years ago for work, which doesn't suffer from CPU throttling and allows me to work in peace. I found these issues after the 14 days so customer support are not willing to offer a replacement or service the device. I paid 2k pounds for this paperweight. I could have bought a Mac. STAY AWAY from this laptop brand and this company.

Only thing was that I must reinstall Debian in order to get local user to function.
