I ordered a Tongfang GX5 15,3 on a Tuesday from Germany and it arrived Thursday the same week. After some minor issue during the ordering process and contact with the very friendly and fast customer service, the issue was easily fixed. I was surprised that the delivery was one day before the estimated delivery date. So the ordering process and the delivery was very fast! The Laptop itself is of an impressive quality and the operating system worked mostly out of the box, the missing services for bluetooth and smb are fixed in minutes, so over all I`m absolutely satisfied with the laptop and this company!!! The speed of the Ryzen 9 HX370 and the Samsung evo 2tb is fantastic and the power consumption is below 5 watt watching a movie from my nas. Well done, Laptop with Linux

Na het uitpakken vond ik een zeer beperkte toelichting, helaas niet in het Nederlands. In D en E net genoeg voor knoppen, ingangen en indicators, net genoeg om de laptop aan te zetten. Daarna werd het uitvogelen mbt de programma’s, vastzetten op balk en omzetting password. Bij een toegevoegde USB stick zonder naam erop, had ik ook wel wat toelichting gewild.

I ordered a laptop from Laptop with Linux on a Thursday and it was with me on the following Monday (from the NL to the UK). There is a good choice of hardware and software you can request, including which distribution you want and so you don't have to worry about installation or major tweaking of your set up. Also, all the components work together and there's no worrying about having incompatible hardware. My new laptop slotted right in with my existing docking station and I got it to work with my external monitors swiftly. The combination of new AMD processors and an SSD means that it is lightning fast compared to my old machine which had a HDD and obviously earlier processors. I couldn't be happier with my new computer! Great stuff.

5 stars to LaptopwithLinux, but only 1 star to DHL. I was surprised by the transport company, DHL. I costed far more than expected and did not offer a nearby place to deliver my package. In stead I had to drive to an other city for 1 hour and 15 minutes (to this place + return time) to get my package.

A quick response and quick delivery, having taken care of all the issues of shipping to the UK - no hidden charges as I have had in the past with other EU companies

hello Team, In fact I following your site time ago more than 4 years (+/-) you'we and still one of the nice solution for custom Linux laptop with pretty nice customizable setups in fact that part for custom stamp and the super keyboard customizable is a pretty nice option for those like who use Linux for work and live (lovers). I would liked to have the light keyboard on this laptop model - but it does not matter I was more focus on performance. Also good customer support and contact by Christopher. The only point to change or improve DHL in Italy for other delivery provider - or just offer other delivery provider globally. Thank you

I ordered and received a Clevo laptop the other week. I had a couple custom requests for it; CachyOS instead of one of the verified distros, a RAM configuration that wasn't offered on the site, and I wanted to order and receive it while I was on vacation in the Netherlands. I wasn't sure if the latter was possible, due to staff availability during the summer vacation period. I reached out to them over Whatsapp prior to travelling to the Netherlands, and we worked out an agreement fairly quickly. They would test CachyOS for me, make sure it played nice with the hardware etc, and they offered me an easier payment option so I could use the site immediately rather than wait for a separate invoice to arrive (due to the non standard RAM). The RAM took a couple of extra days to source, which is not so strange in the current absurd RAM economy, but that was no problem. It took maybe four extra days for it to be sourced, otherwise I think the entire laptop would have been delivered in well under a week. As it stands, the entire process took eight days, which still fitted fine within my travel plans. I think my main takeaway from LaptopsWithLinux is just the excellent communication I experienced, the kind we have stopped expecting from many componanies and corporations across the world, perhaps to the point where we no longer feel inclined to reach out in the first place. Don't be with these people! Lay out your ideas and see what they have to say. One thing to note is that they do not appear to respond to WhatsApp messages on Fridays. That was no problem for me, but it is something to keep in mind. Email and phone responses may be different. I never had to wait longer than a day for a response, usually we managed to squeeze in one or two messages per day. All in all I'm very happy with the laptop I received. It has a good, strong build quality and using CachyOS for the first time, preconfigured was a breeze. I would 100% buy another laptop from them again.

I discovered "Laptop with Linux" after a lengthy search for a company in the UK that could supply a laptop without the Windows OS. I am really pleased with the laptop and was very happy with the delivery time. My new machine arrived a day earlier than expected.

great service answered my question quick before ordering even gave me some images of what it would look like with my design engraved ordered the laptop on Tuesday evening and received it all working great on Thursday i live in the uk so cant believe how quick it arrived the laptop has a good build quality to it was originally looking at a framework 13 but as the cost was nearly 2k glad i found this site and ordered from them as the build is great i can upgrade the ram and even add a second ssd if i want would recommend any one to buy from them as they are great laptops with great performance for the cost i will definitely buy my next one from them when this one is old and slow
