I'm not a computer expert; I'm a complete novice. I've always used Windows and didn't want to use Linux because people said it was complicated. But I bought Linux, and it's similar to Windows but better. And the best part is, it belongs to me, and I decide what to do with my laptop. I decided I didn't want a laptop with windows or apple anymore and so I contacted Laptop with Linux and a really helpful person talked me through all the details of what I needed and recommended the different types of software. The laptop arrive well packaged within 4 days and I haven't looked back. Its amazingly fast and I'm really happy with the service AND the product. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a good quality laptop made for your own specific needs that works well and works fast.

I'm a first time customer of Laptop with Linux, and I'm blown away by the customer service and the laptop I received - the Tongfang GX4. Being on the newer side of Linux, Peter very patiently answered my technical questions to make sure the product was a good fit for my needs. With RAM and SSD prices being what they are in 2026, it was so great to be able to order a barebones unit and utilize some existing components. This was a huge savings overall and I'm left with a near perfect experience for the price point. Peter also assured me that spare parts were available if needed down the line, which was a big factor in my decision to purchase. If pressed to suggest an improvement, I would've loved an ANSI version of the keyboard and a user manual on the laptop itself, though I easily sorted the hardware after some quick trial and error. BIOS options are limited, and if you have larger hands the keyboard may not suit you. I'd consider none of these deal-breakers, but nice to know if you're looking at this particular model. For me, this laptop is a great fit for my current needs. If those needs change or evolve, I'll be sure to reach out to the folks at Laptop with Linux and browse their selection before going elsewhere. Many thanks to their team.

This is the second NUC13 I have bought from LaptopwithLinux. The first delivery was almost flawless and the machine performed faultlessly once a minor installation bug in the keyboard map was fixed. The second delivery was flawless and the machine did what was asked straight out of the box. As an aside I asked for and got a slightly non-standard install, since I wanted Fedora KDE rather than Fedora Workstation -- a requirement whch was met accurately and without question.

Really happy - ordered from Ireland and had my device within 4 business days! Delighted with the product.

Voor de tweede keer een apparaat besteld: een aantal jaart geleden een laptop, nu een minicomputer. Met een uitleg over wat de toepassing is, krijg je prima advies over welke opties voor jou wel of niet de moeite waard zijn.

Goede kwaliteit en ik had de laptop met een paar dagen in huis. Ook op vragen kreeg ik snel een antwoord.

Goed advies bij aankoop. Maar ook hulp en service bij problemen 6 jaar na mijn aankoop.

Laptop besteld, was niet voorradig, maar tegen een voordelige meerprijs kon ik een snellere laptop krijgen. Laptop voldoet helemaal aan de wensen. De overstap van Windows naar Linux kostte mij wel enkele weken, maar ik ben nu helemaal over.

Clevo V560EU samengesteld en 5 dagen later ontvangen. Laptop ziet er boven verwachting goed en zeer degelijk uit. Alles voelt goed aan en is precies zoals ik het samengesteld heb alles werkt perfekt. Linux UBUNTU was geinstalleerd met alle software die ik aangekruist had. Ik ben nieuw met Linux dus moet het allemaal nog een beetje ontdekken maar eerste indruk is dat het allemaal niet zo moeilijk is dan dat ik verwacht had. De website was ook heel overzichtelijk, duidelijk en heel goed te gebruiken. Ben erg blij met de laptop en de service van Comex B.V. is ook erg goed. Goed telefonisch berijkbaar en duidelijk antwoord op al mijn vragen. Ondanks dat de levering iets langer duurde dan verwacht ben ik dik tevreden over het product en de firma Comexr B.V. Henk Valkenburg, Dinteloord.

The laptop running Debian 13 with a customized hardware configuration (RAM) was delivered in a very short delay (one open day), as expected. Out of the box, it works perfectly well. I'm fully satisfied.

Binnen enkele dagen ontvangen. Alles netjes geïnstalleerd. Miste enkel een quick start handleiding....gelukkig was aansluiten en aanzetten voldoende :-)

Good ordering experience and customization options. I am happy with my machine. All the details are exquisite: down to the weight, texture, everything. I'm still learning my operating system, but everything is running great so far. I guess the webcam cover wasn't available for the model I chose, but it was still an option that was offered. I selected it but it does not seem to have come with one. I'm not mad about it though, it was just a few dollars and overall I am very pleased with the product. Everything else I selected was included in the box.

I loved being able to customize my machine exactly to my specifications. Shipping was a breeze, and everything came packaged so carefully it made it easy to set up.

De laptop is degelijk en heeft een prettig toetsenbord. De bestelprocedure verliep vlot en de laptop werd snel geleverd. Met deze laptop ben ik overstapt van Windows 11 naar Linux Mint Cinnamon. Mijn eerste ervaringen met Linux zijn positief. Het besturingssysteem is gebruikersvriendelijk en er is veel programmatuur beschikbaar. Het overzetten van bestanden en configureren van de programmatuur verliep snel. Al met al blij dat ik voor deze laptop en Linux heb gekozen.

They are very fast in shipping the products, ordered monday night and got it on thursday noon. With my language keyboard and I'm far near about 1000 km. They are available for every question or doubt end open to suggestion. Good company.

Contact opgenomen na mijn bestelling en zij hebben mijn Logo perfect nagemaakt en daarna op mijn laptop gegraveerd. erg goed gedaan. Tevens gratis een draadloze muis gekregen, omdat ik vergeten was deze mee te bestellen. Leuke club en goed geregeld. Alles werkt nog naar behoren. De volgende Laptop ook via Comexr.

Het is even wennen, na altijd Windows te hebben gebruikt. Maar ik wil van de meeste Amerikaanse Tech af, en dit is de eerste stap. De aflevering ging vlot, volgens afspraak. Dus tot nu toe dik tevreden.
