I ordered a laptop with the specs I wanted and it arrived from The Netherlands in a couple of days. The quality of the product, the price, and the speed of its arrival were all nearly shocking to me. If you're thinking of buying a laptop here, do it. You will not be disappointed.

My first time buying a pre-built Linux laptop after years of installing and fiddling with various Linux distros on old hardware. My experience with LWL is 5 stars in every respect: 1) easy to customise my order [hardware and software] to meet my needs and budget; 2) very fast delivery [I'm in northern Alberta, Canada] thanks to LWL using DHL international shipping service; 3) very professional packaging for the shipped product; 4) I really appreciate the inclusion of a free USB drive for recovery/re-installation of my Linux Mint OS, demonstrating high focus on customer satisfaction; 5) LWL offers an impressive choice of hardware, from the very basic to high-end options, and software, with a good selection of distros from "M$ Windows" user friendly options like Zorin to "bleeding edge" techie oriented choices like Fedora; 6) LWL uses Proton email for secure communication with customers for things like encryption keys, etc. - very professional! I could add more, but I think I've made my point! ;-) I can't say enough positive about my experience with LWL and would not hesitate to recommend them to family, friends, and business associates!

We are very satisfied with the purchase process, the handling and the fast, perfectly packaged delivery. Above all, the laptop is built to a very good quality and is also very attractive. All the important connections are built right in. The laptop was delivered ready to go with Linux cleanly installed. We received Ubuntu instead of Ubuntu Studio (as ordered). But in retrospect, this turned out to be the better choice for us. We are very happy to have found LaptopwithLinux. At the time of our order, this was the only shipper that offers and delivers the devices with professionally pre-installed Linux (in all major versions). All in all, absolutely commendable and highly recommended. Many thanks for this.

I love this laptop! It is exactly what I was looking for in my business laptop: great components, no extra costs for unused Windows, a preinstalled Ubuntu distribution. All that at an absolutely amazing price. The logo of my company looks great on the lid ... :) I will surely order any future laptop there!

Ik heb een zeer mooie laptop gekocht met betere specs, dan ik via andere leveranciers had kunnen kopen. Samen met de geïnstalleerde software is de laptop direct bruikbaar. Ik krijg de indruk dat Laptop met Linux de privacy van mijn laptop goed regelt en ze hierin te vertrouwen zijn.

I was looking for a way to buy a custom made Linux machine and found exactly what I needed. The device arrived quickly too, from halfway around the world!

I was very pleased that I could order laptop without any branding and choose if I need RAM, SSD or BT/WiFi at all. I ordered mine without RAM and SSD because I've already had those from my current machine something that the other vendors like (Tuxedo and XMG) do not allow. I was very happy about the fast dispatch the fact that the laptop was delivered to Bulgaria 5 business day from the payment. The delivery time on the other vendors that sell the same laptops (Tuxedo, XMG, etc.) is at least 2-3 weeks. The support team answered all my questions before and after the delivery. The TongFang GX5HRXG came out to be a great machine and I am very happy with my choice.

I found your company after finding out what clevo laptops are. You offer a cheaper alternative than other companies like tuxedo while offering the same hardware The delivery came the expected day and very well packaged, which I appreciate. If I were to say things to improve, they would be: - that I would love for you to offer your notebooks in black. I chose silver because there were no other options. - In my personal opinion, the penguin head you use as a logo, I think it could be cuter. I did not choose your tux super key because it can be a little disturbing to look at. - The webcam should have higher quality. It's a shame for an expensive laptop to have a webcam with relatively low quality. I'd prefer a higher quality even if it reflects in the final price

I bought a high end laptop and have been very pleased with the quality and performance of the product. The process of buying was easy, with a very good and straightforward website with a wide range of options. The laptop arrived quickly, configured exactly as requested. A problem with the charger was resolved very quickly by warranty and support with a new one arriving next day, so the product support is excellent in the unlikely event of difficulties. LaptopwithLinux compare very well with System76 (my previous laptop) with the advantage of being in the EU for ease of delivery and support. Overall, a very good experience.

I logged into the website and found what i wanted - i followed the menus and made my choices. Less than a week later the laptop arrived and was exactly as ordered. (small error) wrong power plug sent. Resolved within an hour. If I had cause for complaint at the error It was instantly removed with customer service second to none. Definitely one of the best companies I have dealt with in recent times.

Got exactly what I wanted. Fedora 41 on a mini pc!! Works great with steam too. Some games you got to lower the settings but other than that I got no problems. I've been able to do all my school assignments on it.

I purchased a GX4HRXL without any customization, such as printing logos or names, as the website stated it was in stock and I needed it as soon as possible. It was shipped within Europe (Malta) on the first business day, with delivery scheduled for the second day. I even had to request a delay since I wouldn’t be home.

Ik zocht al lang een laptop met Ubuntu Linux. En liefst zonder belgian azerty keyboard. Alles werd vlot geleverd en mijn eerste support vraag werd vlekkeloos beantwoord.

Ik ben uitstekend geholpen. Er is meegedacht en geadviseerd vanuit mijn behoefte. Geen onnodige zaken. Dat heeft geresulteerd in een prachtige laptop met linux. Helemaal passend bij mijn bedrijf. Ik ben helemaal blij!

Het keuze proces was heel helder en de aanvullende verzorging met OS en meegeleverde USB stick was zeer compleet. Al met al een hele plezierige aankoopervaring en tot op heden voldoet de laptop prima aan de verwachtingen.
