I've recently bought the Video Editor Workstation and it's really good ! No major issues installing Fedora on it.

Nog weinig over te zeggen. De laptop is net 2 dagen voorzien van fedora-mate v36. In de basis lijkt alles te werken. De komende weken weet ik meer

De ganse aankoop ervaring was heel aangenaam. De website maakt het heel handig om met verschillende configuraties te experimenteren om tot je ideale samenstelling te komen. Het toestel werd vervolgens vlot geleverd en de prestaties zijn beter dan verwacht. Top kwaliteit dus voor een aanvaardbare prijs. Ik kom zeker terug voor de volgende aankoop.

Met mijn laptop waren bij aankomst een aantal kleine problemen. Aangezien ik mijn laptop ook professioneel gebruik zijn die problemen echter niet aanvaardbaard. Bij het contacteren van linuxlaptops.nl reageerden ze onmiddellijk positief met het bericht: "geen zorgen, we gaan dit oplossen". Zonder problemen heb ik mijn laptop kunnen terugsturen.

I'm happy I found Laptop with Linux. I didn't really know anything about them when I found their website, but I took a chance and placed an order. They were amazingly quick, and my new laptop was in my hands less than a week after I ordered it! It travelled over 7000km to get to me in under a week! I had some questions about software which were easily explained and resolved in a short email from support. Overall a great experience. Would recommend!

Laptop arrived a week earlier than I expected (I was accounting for customs since I'm in UK, but it was dealt with easily on their side - I didn't have to do anything) and worked beautifully out of the box; I had one question regarding a setting I was used to being in bios not being there and while Peter wasn't sure of the answer, he did pass the question on to someone else - and notably, actually let me know he did this and a timeframe in which I could expect a reply (which I now have, with helpful advice), which I really appreciate :)

I have bought a high-end computer from Laptop with Linux as I needed something more robust than my old custom-installed Linux laptop, in order to be able to multitask and run heavy programs seamlessly. I was negatively surprised that my brand new, very powerful computer was about as unstable as my old one. The computer seems to overheat and freeze more frequently than it would be expected, given the use I have and its specs. The freezing is relatively frequent when the graphical card is solicited, eg when using video games (even if they are in the theoretical limit of the GPU). Most importantly, the computer frequently slows down and overheats when I am simply using the Internet navigator with some messaging or music application running in the background. I initially assumed it was because the room temperature or aeration was inadequate, but the problem remained whatever adjustment I made. Although the issue was intermittent, I progressively realized I could not focus as much as I needed to on a machine that can freeze or crash at any time. When I contacted the staff about it, I had the displeasure to find that no solution was proposed to my issue. The staff member who answered me claimed the issue was rare, and that I could send the computer back for a checkup - but it would be to my expense unless the issue was determined to be covered by warranty. I wrote back to confirm that, even though the issue was supposedly rare and the machine was covered by warranty, they would not commit to even take a look at it without charging me, but did not obtain an answer. The only non-negotiable expectation I had for this computer was that it should run bureautics without any instability. Although it is usable, the fact it would not deliver on these quite low expectation is in my opinion unacceptable - as is the fact my warranty would not cover even the seller taking a look at the problem. I wish I would have spent my money on a more reliable computer with standard specs.

Excellent - This is the second device I've bought from LaptopWithLinux and both times have been good experiences. Would have been a perfect 10/5 stars apart from the fact I seemed to be missing the HDMI cable in this delivery, which is no big deal. I have plenty of spares.

Laptop is quite nice and slim and boots quite fast. Some improvement suggestions: 1. It overheats just with just the browser use with simple pages. I haven't really pushed it yet for machine learning computation for which I originally bought it. Also system temperature went up to 88 degree Celsius which is not expected with new laptop. This needs to be improved. 2. Ubuntu installed was not really off the shelf but had customisations and was throwing many bugs. I had to reinstall it on my own and most of the problems were magically solved.

On time and in full service, good quality laptop

My distro choice, Manjaro xfce, runs super fast on the Clevo NV41MZ and it came ready to go, only needing a few tweaks. I'm finding the trackpad a little hard to use at times -- occasionally, it seems less sensitive than others -- but think I'll get accustom to it. All in all, it feels well put together and I'm very satisfied. And Peter was helpful and easy to work with.

Plenty of options, and easy to choose an optimal setup. The NL51 laptop I opted for was offered (on the initial page) with an i3 CPU and Iris Xe GPU ... but the i3 doesn't: however, the i5 does. Small problem with getting the laptop through customs (but that probably my doing) that LwL promptly dealt with. All-in-all, very impressed.

I bought a "Clevo NP50PNP 15.6″ laptop, and I am very pleased with it. I ordered it without ram and NVMe memory because it was way cheaper to buy and install them on my own, which is understandable. I would say they need to ship the laptop with instructions on how to open it (if the instructions were in the box and I did not see them, then I am blind); I spent some time figuring out how to open it without breaking any hinge. For this computer, they do not lie when they advertise their battery does not last more than 4 hours, so keep that in mind. The only reason why I do not give them 5 complete stars is that the custom logo engraving that I requested came with some defects, some parts have "holes," which I do not know if that happened because of the engraving process per se or a bad job doing it, but it obviously does not interfere with the functionality of the laptop.

The laptop had a minor fault that was causing it to crash with certain application installed. The customer service helped me to identify the culprit program, and eliminate it. The fault seems to have been a problem with the parts sourced by the company, not the company itself. Overall I would have no reservations about recommending the company to a friend or relative, but I have knocked a point off for the troubles I did encounter.

The website is easy to use, well designed, and offers many options for customisability, including (unexpectedly to me) the option to configure the chosen OS and preinstall some programmes. Later on, when I had a quick inquiry about the invoice, it was answered the same day and in a most helpful way. There is a very high chance that I will order from this site again and I will make sure to recommend it to anyone else who is planning on getting a laptop with Linux.

De laptop is snel, stil en ziet er fraai uit. Heel fijn dat ik kon kiezen voor een ANSI toetsenbord indeling! Toetsen voelen goed aan, beeldscherm is mooi helder en leesbaar. Wifi werkt goed. Enige minpuntje is dat je het touchpad vrij hard moet indrukken om te klikken. Maar meestal gebruik je toch een aparte muis dus heb je daar geen last van.

I love this machine. the hardware is excellent and other than potentially upgrading individual components performs wonderfully. It truly is a pleasure

Delivery was reasonably quick, had no issues.

I never used Linux but the advice I received by telephone and email was really helpful. The people I spoke to were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The speed of delivery is also good.

I have known about laptopwithlinux.com for several years but since I live in the United States I thought dealing with U.S. Customs would be a hassle. However, there was literally nothing I had to do! Peter Pont helped me tremendously before I even decided to purchase the NS70MU. He is a wonderful young man who is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have used Linux since 2009 and in the past converted DELL & HP computers to run Linux. However, it is getting harder to do this because of the wide range of hardware being used. Since I wanted Linux Mint Debian Edition 5 I asked Peter if their NL51MU, NS50MU & NS70MU models were compatible. He verified this for me. I ordered on Monday July 18 about 4:00 P.M. and the UPS driver handed me my black beauty Thursday July 21 about 3:50 P.M. Amazing! The laptop was sent triple boxed which I really appreciated. Everything was done very professionally. The laptop came exactly as I had ordered and Peter provided excellent post-sales follow up since I had several questions. I did encounter an issue with the touchpad (only after Suspend) which a custom script can resolve. This problem occurred because I requested a distro they no longer officially support. Now that is how to satisfy a customer! The only minor complaints I have about the hardware are 1.) the webcam is low resolution (1 MP) but I will hardly ever use it, and 2.) the speakers are bottom mounted and thus audio quality suffers. Thankfully, audio quality is great with wired or wireless headphones. If you want a Linux machine that will work properly out of the box, order from laptopwithlinux.com. As they said on the order confirmation paperwork, “You won’t regret it!”

love the modular options of the laptops, really made it easy to get exactly the laptop that i needed. the distro i wanted wasn't available so i just got a laptop w no OS installed, and installed Bodhi myself when the laptop arrived. i'm really happy w it so far! :D

At last a computer supplier who still puts the customer at the forefront. People write emails and respond to the customer - a very different experience to other suppliers who simply mail merge client information. I was kept up to date with availability of components, delivery etc. The only negative experience was UPS website but that is not under the control of Comexr B.V.!! {UPS sent floods of email updates that contained no information} The laptop arrived in excellent packaging and the unit was in tip top condition. Turned on entered the world of Linux...
