The laptop had a minor fault that was causing it to crash with certain application installed. The customer service helped me to identify the culprit program, and eliminate it. The fault seems to have been a problem with the parts sourced by the company, not the company itself. Overall I would have no reservations about recommending the company to a friend or relative, but I have knocked a point off for the troubles I did encounter.

The website is easy to use, well designed, and offers many options for customisability, including (unexpectedly to me) the option to configure the chosen OS and preinstall some programmes. Later on, when I had a quick inquiry about the invoice, it was answered the same day and in a most helpful way. There is a very high chance that I will order from this site again and I will make sure to recommend it to anyone else who is planning on getting a laptop with Linux.

De laptop is snel, stil en ziet er fraai uit. Heel fijn dat ik kon kiezen voor een ANSI toetsenbord indeling! Toetsen voelen goed aan, beeldscherm is mooi helder en leesbaar. Wifi werkt goed. Enige minpuntje is dat je het touchpad vrij hard moet indrukken om te klikken. Maar meestal gebruik je toch een aparte muis dus heb je daar geen last van.

I never used Linux but the advice I received by telephone and email was really helpful. The people I spoke to were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The speed of delivery is also good.

I have known about laptopwithlinux.com for several years but since I live in the United States I thought dealing with U.S. Customs would be a hassle. However, there was literally nothing I had to do! Peter Pont helped me tremendously before I even decided to purchase the NS70MU. He is a wonderful young man who is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have used Linux since 2009 and in the past converted DELL & HP computers to run Linux. However, it is getting harder to do this because of the wide range of hardware being used. Since I wanted Linux Mint Debian Edition 5 I asked Peter if their NL51MU, NS50MU & NS70MU models were compatible. He verified this for me. I ordered on Monday July 18 about 4:00 P.M. and the UPS driver handed me my black beauty Thursday July 21 about 3:50 P.M. Amazing! The laptop was sent triple boxed which I really appreciated. Everything was done very professionally. The laptop came exactly as I had ordered and Peter provided excellent post-sales follow up since I had several questions. I did encounter an issue with the touchpad (only after Suspend) which a custom script can resolve. This problem occurred because I requested a distro they no longer officially support. Now that is how to satisfy a customer! The only minor complaints I have about the hardware are 1.) the webcam is low resolution (1 MP) but I will hardly ever use it, and 2.) the speakers are bottom mounted and thus audio quality suffers. Thankfully, audio quality is great with wired or wireless headphones. If you want a Linux machine that will work properly out of the box, order from laptopwithlinux.com. As they said on the order confirmation paperwork, “You won’t regret it!”

love the modular options of the laptops, really made it easy to get exactly the laptop that i needed. the distro i wanted wasn't available so i just got a laptop w no OS installed, and installed Bodhi myself when the laptop arrived. i'm really happy w it so far! :D

At last a computer supplier who still puts the customer at the forefront. People write emails and respond to the customer - a very different experience to other suppliers who simply mail merge client information. I was kept up to date with availability of components, delivery etc. The only negative experience was UPS website but that is not under the control of Comexr B.V.!! {UPS sent floods of email updates that contained no information} The laptop arrived in excellent packaging and the unit was in tip top condition. Turned on entered the world of Linux...

I've asked a ton of questions before making an actual purchase, all of them asked quickly and without a trace of annoyance. Looking forward for more :)

Er was een uitgebreide keuze aan hardware componenten om een voor mijn doeleinden goede laptop mee samen te stellen. Voor een uitverkocht component kon snel een goed alternatief worden gekozen. Men heeft op mijn verzoek de Ubuntu Cinnamon Remix 22.04 LTS geïnstalleerd al is dat geen standaard Ubuntu distro en stond deze niet in de keuzelijst. Ik heb ervoor gekozen de laptop bij het bedrijf zelf op te halen en de medewerkers hadden duidelij kennis van zaken.

Excellent attention and answers to all questions, product described clearly, good options. No confusing alternative names for the Clevo models, no extra price asked for zero dead pixels and such. Times as described which was quick. I bought two laptops from them after researching and contacting several Clevo distributors, and would happily buy again here. Quality product, great interaction.

Ik had met spoed een laptop nodig, er bleek een onderdeel nog niet in stock. In plaats van mij dagen te laten wachten hebben ze mij via mail op de hoogte gebracht. Heb ik gekozen om dit onderdeel te wissellen met een equivalent onderdeel dat WEL in stock was. We hebben dus heel snel kunnen schakelen en zo alsnog mijn nieuwe laptop tijdig bij mij gekregen. Ik voel mij echt goed geholpen, en zou het in de toekomst zeker nogmaals opnieuw doen.

Perfect experience, fast and with all information for .... Wonderfull

I reached out with a few pre-purchase questions and got a prompt response with the information I needed and no sales pressure. After I purchased I thanked the person who answered the question and he gave me an update on the order, which shipped faster than I expected. I didn't expect it in 3 business days with and ocean between me and where they ship. Ordering there is no high pressure upgrades being pushed constantly. The ability to buy it with no SSD and memory is great because I could buy it and install it myself and save a little. All around a great value and it has a nice firm keyboard which I think is very hard to find on laptops unless you spend $2,000 or more. They will be the first place I start looking for any computers I look for in the future.

Peter reageerde snel en kundig op al mijn vragen over de laptop. Het was voor Laptop met Linux ook geen probleem om op verzoek een niet-standaard toetsenbordindeling op de toetsen van de laptop te zetten. De laptop was goed geprijsd en is boven verwachting qua kwaliteit. Ik ben erg tevreden met mijn nieuwe laptop.

I'm very happy with my laptop. I liked the fact that I could configure it as I wanted. It also arrived super fast! Which was a nice surprise!

The performance of the laptop is good. The service was also fine. However I was expecting a little bit better build quality. For example, trackpad could be better, screen quality could improved etc. However, with this price range, this is really a good deal.

Really, I've been amazed by the service proposed. From the complete configuration of the laptop (OS / encryption / config) then the communication through email (directly got the invoice I can send to my accountant) and eventually the delivery with UPS... everything was smooth. Definitely recommend.

I'm very happy with my purchase. It was delivered to the UK quickly and with minimum fuss, and is performing well. After-sales support has been first-rate.
