Zowel het product, de helpdesk als de super snelle levering heb ik als top ervaren. Op 23 december in de middag besteld en zoals beloofd nog voor Kerstavond in huis.

I wanted a new customised computer with linux pre-installed, to avoid any possible conficts with hardware and software. I always prefer to buy locally or UK based whenever possible. After a long search, I found that only laptop with linux could supply the exact combination of software and hardware that I wanted, no more and no less. The list of combinations offered is amazing, so I had a PC built customised to fit my exact requirements, and it's built so that I could easily upgrade memory in the future if I wanted to. My order was dealt with quickly in a friendly, professional manner. I was kept notified of progress. Everything went smoothly, no problems occurred (like problems with customs, tax etc) because that was done for me as part of the ordering process. When my computer arrived, I just connected it to a monitor, keyboard and mouse and was up and running in no time, thanks to the configuration process being very easy. A memory stick is also supplied, enabling a quick and easy re-set of my O/S if ever needed. I'm really happy with my purchase, everything just works as it should, with no need to tweak any settings, but it's very customisable as well.

I liked all the options that were available, and for a small company the prices seemed really fair. Although the i7 processor i selected was set to temporarily sold out, it was delivered very fast, which surprised me a little bit, in a positive way.

Er komen meer opdrachten de Laptop is prima, het probleem met het geluid kwam door de stekker in de hoofdtelefoon aansluiting, daadoor schakelt de microfoon uit

Fijn advies gehad over de samenstelling van de laptop. Later ook nog wat extra zaken moeten aanpassen en instellen op de laptop en prima support gekregen. Echt een aanrader!

I was very impressed with their offering but had questions about customs duties for import into the USA. Peter (Pont) was extremely helpful, he relayed information from a recent US customer about how much import duties were, and explained other technical specifications that I had questions about, such as charging with the thunderbolt port, number of chargers etc. Finally, after my order was placed, I received my laptop, the linux installation is perfect, I have had no issues since I received it. Often, I have had trouble with hibernate/suspend function, but that too works perfectly. All in all, if you want to buy an assembled laptop with linux pre-installed, I highly recommend them.

about shipment very good. about configurator very good. about the result of configuration not so good, I asked two hard disks, the first for linux 250 Gb and a second 500Gb for storage, on the laptop I received the first hard disk was the 500Gb one with linux installed and the second was the 250Gb, I had to reinstall linux on the second 250Gb hard disk to use the first 500Gb for storage. also no service manual was in the package

Responsive, helpful customer service; completely customizable options; fair pricing; surprisingly quick delivery; seamless process resulting in a made-to-order laptop that arrives exactly as expected. I am really impressed with both the service and the computer. I got a middle spec 14in laptop and it meets my expectations. I could only wish for a better battery life, but the six hours it delivers is not bad. My other wish: please develop a fanless Linux laptop.

Overgestapt naar Linux en met behulp van het menu om alles samen te stellen aan de slag gegaan. Toen ik er niet meer uit kwam heb ik gebeld en werd er ruim de tijd genomen om samen naar het pakket te kijken. Ik ben zeer goed geholpen en heb een goed functionerende laptop.

Brilliant customer orientated company. I had few requirements while looking for a new linux machine. I have contacted customer services. I have promptly received a response from Peter with suggestions and PC models that would suit my requirements. When I made my decision I have ordered my laptop. I have received another email from Peter suggesting that I have ordered a laptop with wrong keyboard. This shows that company staff have some common sense and wants to make sure that customer is happy. I have received my laptop in few working days. (I live in England). No problems with VAT or customs.

I ran into an issue when the computer I was going to buy went out of stock over the weekend. Peter assisted me with locating a similar model for the same price.

Quick/efficient/Professional

Company seams professional, except they ignored my order request for the date i'd like to have it delivered, so i had to pick it up myself from a pick up point instead of having it home delivered. Battery charge is a bit lack luster, but not terrible. Speakers are complete dog-****. Sound quality is like something from the early 2000's and maximum volume is so that if my dishwasher is going in the other room i gotta use headphones.
