Van tevoren kon ik gemakkelijk info inwinnen via Whatsapp. Vervolgens gericht mijn bestelling kunnen plaatsen naar volle tevredenheid! Het enige probleem; slaapstand werkte niet goed, was snel gefixt met een script van het bedrijf zelf dat ik direct toegestuurd kreeg. Support daarna was ook snel en doeltreffend. Zeer klantvriendelijk! De laptop voldoet goed aan mijn wensen. Ik wilde een snelle portable laptop met een aantal uren batterij. Verder wilde ik een mat scherm dat niet te groot is en een goed werkende docking station. Alles werkte direct zoals het moet. De camera laat te wensen over, zoals met veel webcams in laptops het geval is. Voldoende voor videobellen, maar springt er niet uit in beeldkwaliteit.

I found he company online, looking for a new Linux laptop. I was not able to find this in stores and online here. The presentation of the products and options were clear and easy to select. At the point of payment, I had a more difficult time getting together the payee name and address for the bank transfer. I succeeded after some trepidation, and response was quick and to the point. The laptop was built and configured for me with OS and optional software choices made on ordering. Maybe a week later the machine arrived, well and securely packaged. It turns on and loads the OS. That is as far as I have got.

Great experience. I installed Linux myself and all the hardware worked immediately out of the box - a very pleasant and satisfactory experience compared to installing Linux on a laptop that had been built for Windows. The forms to select the hardware options is smooth and professional. The laptop itself is of great quality. The keyboard is the best laptop keyboard I had in a while as it is light and fast but gives a certain "mechanical keyboard" feeling.

I loved that I was able to customize just about every part of the laptop, including being able to leave out parts I already had. Payment was a little unclear, but that might've been because I'm in the US. Once I figured out how to pay though, it shipped really fast!

It was my first time buying a computer where I was choosing all the components. I m not a tech guy so I had a lot of questions and I mean a lot, about everything. Peter was great at answering my questions and guiding me through the whole process. I learned a lot. It was the best customer experience I have had buying something online.

Prima laptop! Precies volgens de specificaties samengesteld. Het metal-design is inderdaad een solide laptop geworden. Nadelen? Misschien het toetsenbord dat niet erg stabiel overkomt?

- Overzichtelijke website om je keuze te maken betreffende de toevoegingen aan je apparaat. - Snelle reactie op m'n vragen. - En misschien wel het belangrijkste, de laptop doet gewoon alles goed. Met Linux heb je soms hardware die nog niet werkt of al lang niet meer werkt.

Hello, my name is Sirvan Kara and for now I am happy to announce this CLEVO laptop is working great for me so far except a few times I head some flickering in my headphone while listening to some video. Hope it is nothing. Oh and I just remembered it but when I restored a Timeshift from my other Linux Mint CInnamon on the CLEVO laptop it simply removed the system so I had to reinstall Linux Mint Cinnamon with the USB Key provided. Eerste indruk zeer goed en makkelijk in gebruik

The entire experience was great. The customization options were perfect, and the build was shipped more quickly than expected. I even used the "notes" section to make a customization request beyond what the UI allowed, and it was done at no extra cost! The laptop itself is well built and everything worked right out of the box.

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk, mooi verpakt en netjes op tijd ingeleverd.

Contacted Peter after I experienced some hard- and software related issues with my notebook. He solved it adequately. Definitely going to refer to him again in the future if the need arises.

PC rapide et agréable a utiliser.Bonne qualité d'ensemble, silencieux 2 DÉFAUTS: le son assez mauvais (le pire j'ai un autre pc bas de gamme avec un son bien meilleur) l'autonomie limitée (2 à 3heures) mais cela vient peut être du système d’exploitation

Na jaren oude laptops te hebben voorzien van linux om er nog langer plezier van te kunnen hebben, was het nu tijd voor iets nieuws: Clevo NS50MU, een mooie ultrabook met voldoende power en accuduur! Na een misverstand over het toetsenbord, werd dit vlot&professioneel opgepakt. Complimenten voor Comexr.

Verry happy for this choice. Verry happy with the hardware. the dualboot works perfectly. You really hear the difference in performance of win and linux ;)
