Very good (and nice) customer services. I also really appreciate that this shop is transparent about what it sells, unlike many other similar shop. Here you know which Clevo model you are buying without having to "guess". It is probably pretty wise to be transparent about selling Clevo hardware since they have very good reputation. The configuration interface is very clear. It's also really nice to see that hardware which are more powerfull that what the chassis model you are currently browsing can take, aren't gonna appear in here. It saves me the hassle of looking up specs for hours to find out by myself. "LaptopWithLinux" has already taken care of that for me and that's what I expect from a good retailer! Unfortunately this is rare. The only downside (if I force myself to find one) is that there is no tools sold one the website. Since LaptopWithLinux say it clear that their laptops can be easily upgraded, it would be cool to have some small tech tool kits sold to easily open the laptop.

I ordered a Linux laptop because I've had trouble with other operating systems in the past and wanted something better to run research software on. I don't think my experience is anything out of the ordinary--Linux is just better for some things. As I expected, it installs and runs software I need much more smoothly.

I wanted to buy a new laptop, but I needed to ask some questions before I bought. I also live in the post-Brexit UK, so I had some worries about how Customs/Duty/VAT would work. LaptopwithLinux answered my questions quickly, and they handle the Customs/VAT side of things themselves. Costs are shown in full at the 'checkout' page. LaptopwithLinux also set up disk encryption for me, sent me the encryption key securely, and the first time I switched on my new laptop I found a pop-up message from LaptopwithLinux that advised me to change my encryption key, and enabled me to do so. I am very impressed with the company, and I happily recommend them.

At first I ordered Tongfang laptop, which was out of stock at the time. I hoped it would be back soon, so I made the order. Since it turned out it was delayed, I contacted support to switch out my order for a different laptop and I had price difference refunded to me and laptop ordered in just a day or two. Great service and great laptops!

I am very pleased with the performance and functionality of this new laptop. It was nice to be able to select the hardware. Much nicer than my old unit. Good service too. However, the additional charge for the "across the border" fee was a surprise. Fortunately it was less than $10.

The laptop is as ordered, but prior to delivery, indeed just after I placed the order, I emailed the info account to ask for a hardware build change. This email has never received a reply. I am therefore concerned about any future support issue (during the two year warranty) not being dealt with. This has soured my opinion of the laptop and the company. This is a shame!

Easy to navigate website. Quick and courteous order processing. Fast delivery, well packaged. Excellent product with bespoke software all loaded correctly.

Everything is fine so far, the laptop was delivered earlier than I thought and is working exactly as it should be. The lovely Ubuntu system with all it's idiot helping gui software and filesystems is causing minimum system drag with no bloatware. However, with complex electronics any problems show themselves after a few months, and the real test is how the supplier/manufacturer deals with these issues, if there are any. These are unknown, so with that in mind 4/5.

Great value for the price, awesome support! I bought a laptop without a disk as I had my own. I had a problem with my disk not having an efi partition and couldn't get it to boot. A quick whatsapp support chat later they mentioned this fact and I could easily repair it. Now this is one of the best laptops I've had. Fedora works great on it and it is blazingly fast!

Na lang wikken en wegen besloot ik om een NL51LLU 15.6-inch Metal Design aan te schaffen. Gekozen voor een I7 met extra geheugen en nog wat extra hardware. Ik had van te voren contact met Peter gehad en kreeg daardoor een goed gevoel. Als ik 1 woord mag gebruiken voor dit bedrijf is het :"geweldig" Een superservice, ook toen ik tegen wat kleine dingen aanliep werd ik via de App direct geholpen. Echt een aanrader om hier uw linux laptop of mini aan te schaffen

The ordering process was straightforward and easy. I was able to create exactly the laptop I needed. It was assembled and shipped as soon as the payment was received, and the shipment arrived early. The laptop is everything I hoped it would be. This is my first Linux machine, and it was very helpful to have LML set it up for me so I could just jump straight into using it.

We got a very nice 14" laptop configured perfectly according to our needs. We prefer Linux as an operating system including all important software. Recently received a Clevo 14 build and I love it. I am a novice to Linux and working with the command environment. I had some issues (user related haha) with changing passwords inside of command window, but Peter Pont emailed with me regularly for a number of days helping me learn and work through the basics of the prompts. I really cannot think of a better experience iv ever had with a company before this. So thanks again to Peter and the whole LaptopMetLinux crew!
