Sowieso is het al fantastisch dat Peter dedicated laptops levert met alle Linux-smaken die je wil. Zijn persoonlijke service is ongeëvenaard. Hij helpt met alle dingen waar je tegenaanloopt bij het in gebruik nemen van de laptop. Kan niet beter!

Each step of the purchasing process was clear and simply. From the very beginning of selecting the configuration on the website, through the payment process, and finally the delivery, all communication was clear and easy to follow. Also, the configuration list accompanied every stage, acting as a sort of ¨thread of reassurance¨. The laptop arrived one day before expected. It was exceedingly well packaged! Everything is exactly as ordered and I am very pleased with this purchase.

Zeer goede voorlichting bij het maken van keuze type laptop en afspraken over de invulling van de extra software. Enige reden niet toekennen van 10 punten: De bijgeleverde usb-stick bleek niet de extra software te bevatten. Door een fout mijnerzijds moest de laptop opnieuw worden geinstalleerd. Een echte image zou gemakkelijker zijn geweest. Overigens zeer tevreden over de levering.

First I would like to thank so much the specialist who provide me very useful infomations and advises in the presales phase. I am new in the Linux world. With this new and specific model NS50MU, I confirm: + excellent screen in matt, enough brightness and accurate colors + hardware build is excellent, a bit less that some famous brand + battery 73Wh is lasting for about 9 hours + laptop is in general quite. + excellent support I do not regret my purchase. I just recommand.

Well, the laptop is awesome, and it took only 3 days from the Netherlands to the US to get it. I had a problem with the fan being too loud at first, but Peter responded quickly and I think it is solved now. The machine boots very quickly and everything runs smoothly. I have only been using it for 3 days, but so are I am very happy. I think I am going to order another one for my wife.

Computer came faster than expected, in good condition, well packaged to prevent damage in the mail.

Laptopwithlinux.com is a company that provides an excellent customer service. Not only the assembly and delivery of the ordered laptop is fast, all product and sales related questions were answered accurately and fast. Furthermore, the sales representative/business owner recommended me a significant cheaper model based upon my needs and use cases. The recommended laptop has exceeded my expectations. The price/quality ratio of Clevo laptops is already good, but laptopwithlinux.com makes it even much better. You do not find any better.

Easy process. Quick response. WYSIWYG. I anticipate this computer will last a long time but I would definitely use the company again and recommend them to others.

De configuratiemogelijkheden zijn zeer goed, genoeg keuzes zonder dat de mogelijkheden overweldigend zijn. De bestelde computer werd na in twee werkdagen geleverd en bevalt prima. Zeker een aanrader dus!

Enige verbeter tip zou zijn om ergens te laten weten hoe het gegaan is met installeren van extra software. Heel goed dat dat uberhaupt gedaan is, maar het is niet bij alle 3 gelukt en ik zou graag weten waarom niet. Transcribe! wel, Qobuz ook maar zonder depencies, Roon niet, geen idee waarom niet.

Apart from a short (probably Brexit-related), delay, laptop arrived meticulously packed and exactly as specified. I am very pleased with it.

Zodra de laptop binnen is, het wachtwoord wijzigen en het werkt meteen. De laptop is razend snel en muisstil, ook bij wat zwaardere werk. De service is magnifiek.

The computer is astoinishing, in every part of it except to the directional arrows which are too small and unpraticable.

Hoewel ik door de corona m'n Linux online moest bestellen (zo'n paradepaardje wil ik van te voren graag eerst gaan bekijken) had ik een goed gevoel over het contact, de assemblage en de aflevering: UPS was vroeger dan ik verwachtte. De laptop ziet er strak en minimalistisch uit, precies zoals het hoort bij een buitenbeentje. Complimenten dus.

Ik heb de NS50MU besteld, zonder OS. Helaas werkt de backlight keyboard+keyboard shortcuts ervoor niet uit de box, maar via een zeer snelle back/forth via klantenservice de juiste kernel paramaters voor de kernel ingevoerd in grub en werkt prima.

Er zat een lange levertijd op een door mij bestelde laptop. Kort daarop kwam een vervanger beschikbaar met dezelfde specificaties en hetzelfde prijskaartje. Deze werd mij aangeboden met 10% korting. Dit aanbod nam ik graag aan, en de levering verliep daarna vlot. Helaas werd per abuis een verkeerd type net stekker geleverd (kan gebeuren met veel buitenlandse klanten), maar hiervoor werd ik snel gecompenseerd met 2 (!) stekkers van het juiste type. Maar wat mij vooral aanspreekt, is de bedrijfsfilosofie zoals verwoord onder 'Over ons'. Microsoft en Apple zijn inderdaad veel te machtig geworden, en daar maken ze misbruik van door de vrijheid van gebruikers te beperken en hun privacy met voeten te treden.

I ordered Clevo laptop customised with my choice of components with no OS installed on Thursday afternoon. It was dispatched on Friday. I received my laptop on Monday evening, installed Linux distro of my choice and was running it before midnight. The company is in the Netherlands. I live in the west of Ireland. Maybe the fact that I didn't need an OS installed might have helped to speed up the process, but certainly not much. The laptop was what I ordered. What I like about this company is that they don't rebrand these computers like many other companies do. You know it is Clevo, it is not hidden behind their name and there are no company logos on these laptops (the only time you see the their penguin logo is when you boot up or enter Bios). You know exactly what you're ordering and what you order is what you get. And you get it fast. :) I have no idea how good is their customer support because I had no need for it. Everything was perfect. I'm still in awe with how smooth the process went. Thank you guys !
