Very good PD, easy to configure, quick delivery.

The laptop (GX5) was assembled and shipped the next day, resulting in quick delivery across Europe (3 days after placing the order). After using it for a week, I have to say that I’m impressed by the product's overall quality. Even the touchpad is almost as comfortable as a MacBook's. It's basically a MacBook in the Linux world. There were no issues contacting support.

While I wasn't satisfied with the product itself, everything went really smoothly. Ordering process, customer support, return process, everything went well and the staff is very helpful.

Appreciate the ability to order my laptop to my personal taste and preference. Recommended!

I bought this laptop to substitute my MacBook Air for work and leisure. I was looking for a large screen laptop with basic functionality and I believe I find it. I have to say it, the user experience is not even comparable to Apple ecosystem but this is a very good laptop. Delivery has been very quick, instructions in Italian are really clear and well written, and I have to say it there is nothing lack.

I'm Head of Operations of a software company. Having these guys as our provider has been key to our success. The equipment is 10/10, responsiveness and friendliness are a 20/10 (each), and I have yet to hear a complaint about either the equipment or the staff (I don't think I will).

I contacted support pre-sales and was surprised by the fast and good response. Try contacting Dell or HP.. The configuration of the laptop on the web page is excellent` Thank you *a lot*. I was happy to get a laptop that looks repairable. The matte screen is exactly what I need. Perfect resolution for me. The keyboard is not bad, but not exactly my taste. Will get used to it. I was disappointed by the installed linux (xubuntu 24.04). Configured was deep suspend. Laptop goes off, and never comes back. Not even alt-ctrl-prtscr+b reboots. Only press&hold power key. Hibernate was not available, because the swap file was too small, and the grub cmd line (resume=UUID=XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX resume_offset=XXXXX) was missing. I now have that working, too. Machine drew 15-20W idle. That empties the 99Wh battery too fast. And the fans go on all too often. I upgraded to 24.10, which improved the situation *a lot*. Added tlp, tweaked some kernel parameters and was down to about 10W. I turned off the cursor blinking in the gnome-terminal, which was about 1W. That makes me think that something with the chipset support in linux is not good. I wonder if it is too young. As it came, the advertised "battery life of up to 8 hours" are unrealistic. What is still open is the (right, I believe) fan. As soon as the CPU reaches 45 C (I think), it goes on, and quite fast. Instead of very slowly cooling, there is an annoying "swoosh". If I buy a laptop with linux preinstalled, I expect these things, and decent power usage. Otherwise, I can as well shop with Lenovo or HP and go with models that have positive reviews in the internet. I would not like to imagine the disappointment for a linux newbie.. Or my disappointment if I would have been in a situation where I needed that laptop to be up & usable fast. Happily, I have had some time to read, learn and tweak, but in an "emergency situation" during a stressful project, where I quickly need a new laptop. OMG, no, thanks.

Een nieuwe mini PC gekocht met Ubuntu Linux. Uitstekende specificaties voor een redelijke prijs. Op maat gemaakt en heel snel geleverd. Zeer deskundige, gedreven en betrokken medewerkers. Echt een verademing in vergelijking met de grote en kleine dozenschuivers die je helaas veelal in de Windows markt aantreft.

I recently ordered a new Laptop and am quite happy with the purchase. The laptop is as described. The installation and the setup is perfect. I am still having bit of a trouble finding out if sometimes the Caps-lock is accidentally on or not - since I didn't notice any light/notification , but that's a minor thing and I need to look into it further. I was also surprised to find the store close to my home !

Ik was Ubuntu gewend, en had de illusie dat Ubuntu Studio er qua instellingen op zou lijken. Dat viel tegen: ik kon in de instellingen de taal niet makkelijk vinden, en ook het opgeven van een WiFi modem viel tegen. Uiteindelijk heb ik het OS opnieuw geïnstalleerd. Dat had vast wel makkelijker gekund, maar ik wist niet hoe. Dat ligt natuurlijk niet allemaal aan jullie, maar een beetje wel.

Ik had nog een aantal vragen voordat ik een goede keuze kon maken. Op mijn mailtje met vragen had ik binnen een dag antwoord en de antwoorden waren duidelijk. Ik kon op basis daarvan mijn keuze goed maken. De laptop met enkele accesoires die ik op zaterdag bestelde, werd op dinsdag afgeleverd en alles klopte precies qua levering en qua geïnstalleerde software en instellingen. Uitstekend dus!!

Rápidos en la entrega, buena atención y producto que se corresponde con lo que ofrecen. Tuvimos un problema con el sistema de pago que tienen implementado para BTC, aunque la transacción se haya realizado en tiempo, el sistema automatizado de verificación del pago de 60 minutos falló en la comprobación marcando el pedido como "cancelado" cuando el dinero realmente ya estaba bajo su control (obviamente esto es un riesgo por las posibles fluctuaciones en el tipo de cambio de BTC). No obstante, el primer día laborable la empresa revisó el pago (les enviamos un correo describiendo el problema) y procedieron a la preparación del envío resolviendo satisfactoriamente el contratiempo. Aún así nuestra valoración es de 5 estrellas por ofrecer computadoras con GNU/Linux y la posibilidad de pago con bitcoin. Muy contentas con la compra. :-)

Het toetsenbord werkte niet na het uitpakken van de computer maar telefonisch en met een video werd mij uitgelegd hoe het probleem op te lossen.

The laptop was delivered within 24 hours, which was amazing. But, a small problem developed, I was send a ticket, the laptop was picked up by the shipper within a few hours and the problem resolved without delay. Perfect service and I got a great laptop, configured as I requested. Goodby Windows, it was an often frustrating experience, a Linux world is calling and the first weeks of experience is as if a dark sky is opening up..
