Very good Linux (Manjaro) installation - seems obvious (or expected) but the installation was sound and I've had no issues with the OS. I've had some bad bad experiences in the past, where I had to perform the OS installation again in pre-configured machine. I'll definitely keep buying from this company again, they know their stuff and are a pleasure to deal with.

Friendly, helpful, and always full of advise. Brilliant to deal with and prompt in their replies. I can't fault Peter and Laurens in their service. Would highly recommend to all.

Suffering from the tumbling dots of doom, the insistence of having a Microsoft account, the underlying profiteering, the trackers, the vulnerability to attack, the slowness--OH the slowness, the endless usurping of my machine for "critical" updates--often when I'm working (!), the crashes, and finally the total lock out, has made Windows for me a complete nightmare. My nature does not thrill on technical aspects of computing. I just need the thing to work! But with your machine, everything has worked straight out of the box. It's fast and full of useful tools. In me you have a new crusader for open source and dedicated professionals striving for a free, unconflicted industry focused just on effective computing. *One thing I do miss is a touch screen, but look forward to getting one from you soon. Otherwise your product has been a godsend. THANK YOU!!! I'm now going to donate to Linux Mint.

Ik bestelde een NUC met Debian, Brave en Tor. En hoewel de bestelling twee dagen later werd geleverd dan was beloofd, waren Debian, Brave en Tor netjes geinstalleerd. Maar er stond ook nog niet gevraagde software (zoals Libreoffice) op. De meegeleverde bloatware was eenvoudig te verwijderen, maar toch. Ook ontbrak de meededeling dat Debian standaard root disabled en je de gevraagde user zelf sudo moet maken. Allemaal net niet 100%. Was dat allemaal in orde geweest, dan had ik dit goed tot zeer goed gescoord. Nu blijft het steken op voldoende.

I'm nearly 70 years old and not too familiar with Linux, so I called them on WhatsApp. I got through to a man who was very familiar with the computer and the operating system. I found him a pleasure to talk to. He talked me through the various options. By the way, there was no press 1 for this, 2 for that etc. The call was answered promptly and courteously. I called again before I put in the order and twice more after the laptop arrived and had the same experience each time. The laptop was dispatched the day after I ordered it. When it arrived, I found it to be very well packaged. All in all a very good experience

Zelf samenstellen met de linux distro van je eigen voorkeur is geweldig (op de keuzestress na ;-)). De levering verliep vlot. 1 onderdeel klopte niet maar dat was na een telefoontje ook weer geregeld. Ben heel erg blij met mijn nieuwe laptop.

Das erste Mal habe ich die Linuxkiste fix und fertig bestellt und binn 100%ig zufrieden. Der Rechner wurde sehr schnell geliefert. Ich kann Laptop with Linux auf jeden Fall meine Empfehlung geben.

I had to use the laptop very soon,and it came within 3-4 working day from my order day(not working day).I even ask for laser engraving and a littile bit more here and there. A bit unfortunately this time the laptop(I got another one in perfect condition) seem to had a bit of bented?I believe I could work it out with the staff somewhat(pray for the best)

Works great out of the box. It does take a learning period as it is different from the corporate big boys. I love the freedom from Microsoft and all they try to do to control me. I did have an issue with key strokes when using the caps lock and numbers lock feature and had to disable it. Other than that, it is wonderful. Fantastic shipping. Unbelievable speed!!!

US Citizen here -- I wanted a barebones platform to install my own RAM and M.2 NVMe SSD's into and was a little reluctant to order from overseas. I was very pleased with the service. I ordered late Friday 11/18 and my order was processed Monday morning 11/21 and I received the laptop Wednesday 11/23, just two days after order completion! The laptop was well packaged and arrived safely. Everything worked without a hitch from the start and looks great. I love the lack of brand logo and classic design -- Clevo NS50PU 15.6" Ultrabook The price was better than what I found elsewhere and I would absolutely order from them again in the future or recommend to friends/family.
