Incredible company. I placed an order last weekend and received my laptop a mere two days later. Thank you so very much. I would rate your service as 9 + stars but your site does not allow me to do that.

My chosen distro was already installed, so I could just boot the machine and set a new password - very convenient. Also not many shops offer Debian preinstalled, so I was very happy to buy one, where I knew all the hardware would run on Debian.

Due to the current global situation, there was a strong delivery delay for the product I requested. After I contacted the company, they made a good offer on their own terms to get me another product. The lid of the laptop seems slightly bent but the device works well. Peter, who works at the company, also gave me advice for setting up the keyboard after I did a custom linux installation. I think that everything works now.

Nothing to object. It's a laptop hardware folded up in a little box. Easy to expand. But I have upgraded the Bios for solving the problem of the fan always running, even with quiet fan settings and turning off Intel boost, as suggested in some forums. I upgraded the Bios from BE0077 to BE0087. Maybe for a newbie is not a simple solution to find and to practice. Now computing it's a very comfortable experience. As all reviews told us, it's not a gamer pc, but for arcade game is good. Thanks you for the usb key.

I had a problem with the laptop I just bought from laptopmetlinux and an employee helped me fix it by Whatsapp, through quick passing of linux commands and responses.

The website is very user friendly and the products are excellent value for money. They ship very quickly and i got my new laptop within a couple of days (even with the weekend in between). Also props to whoever set up the partitions. Even though I forgot to specify how i wanted them, they had picked a very sensible setup.

I raised several queries regarding my proposed purchase and these were dealt with in a timely, helpful and professional manner. I then felt confident in purchasing a computer and this was dispatched within 24 hours of order and would have arrived with me the next day had not snow here slowed down UPS. I am very happy with my computer and have no niggles.

Ik kan niet anders dan zeggen: 10 met een gouden griffel!! Op vrijdag configureerde ik een laptop. Maar ik zou pas maandag bestellen. Op whatsapp direct response en ze keken gelijk of alle componenten en onderdelen op voorraad waren. Ze zouden um wel even apart leggen. Maandag middag besteld. Volgende dag in huis. Helemaal top verpakt, alles er op en er aan! Aanzetten en go! Super snelle laptop! Helemaal tevreden! Niks dan lof! Keep up the good work!!

De laptop is mooi en degelijk, met top kwaliteit hardware. Alles keurig verpakt en binnen een paar dagen in huis. Linux is een verademing bij dat complexe en privacy schendende Windows. Niet alleen goed voor prive, ook zakelijk lijkt het met een uitstekende deal. Ik kreeg er een overwachte extra bij: een schermpoetsdoek en Linux blad. Bij deze shop kom ik vast nog wel eens terug.

I didn't use the computer for heavy computations yet, but for all the rest it feels really good. It feels quite solid and fresh to the touch and is quite light. The start button is on the side, which is quite convenient when you use an external monitor. Delivery time was really short and online information was helpful. A minor minus point is that the screen is quite low because of the slender aspect ratio and the way the hinge is designed, but all laptops are like that nowadays. Another point that could be improved was the communication about how to reset the disk encryption password. There was nothing written in the order form so I first started the computer running the (helpfully provided free) USB operating system to change the password, as the hard drive needs to be unmounted. Then when I restarted the computer and logged in I discovered there was a script at startup for changing the password... maybe mention the existence of the script in the order form. Other minor points: the lights under the keyboard are a nice touch, the mousepad buttons feel a bit hard, but maybe that is a personal thing.

The level of response received from the company is fantastic. Delivery and Shipping were very prompt. Questions about configurations and settings are addressed quickly, issues with purchase were communicated immediately, and overall a very positive experience. While my machine was more expensive, that is mainly due to my own additions and it is still significantly cheaper than a ROG or other gaming laptop competitor for the quality of the hardware AND the additional certainty of linux compatible hardware is reassuring. Overall, as long as this machine maintains a good lifespan Laptop with Linux has earned repeat business and recommendations to any *nix lover out there.

Very good product so far.

I've only had the laptop less than a week. But, it's a beauty to use. Would certainly avail of their services again. Will keep an eye out 2/3 years down the line and see will they again be offering an amd ryzen (this case, 4700u) laptop.

The selection and customizing options were very easy to navigate. The packaging was excellent and the delivery was beyond my expectations. It was delivered exactly as estimated. The customer service is wonderful. I am very happy with my experience and most especially my new Linux Laptop.
