My initial communications with LaptopwithLinux was by direct phone conversation, with email follow up to determine which models could host Debian comfortably. I was given good technical advice. The selection of options met my requirements, especially the availability of high thermal conduction paste for operations overseas in a hot climate. Delivery of the finished laptop was within three working days. The service was efficient and technically competent.

I couldn't believe my eyes the laptop of my choice was shipped within the first 24 hour's despite elongated specs. Lazer engraving new graphics card larger screen plus a bunch of other mods has been added as envisioned. Much thanks to the linux team behind the scenes, you were very much awesome with us!

Easy to use site when choosing options for machine, good communications about when build has begun, mailing out, etc. Only wish I'd bought some more extras, e.g. USB hubs, so will be back.

Many options to choose from on pretty much every level. Good choices as well. My package arrived sooner than expected (from Europe to America) well protected and in perfect condition. I moved almost immediately after receiving so delayed setting up my new prize- first ever laptop and first computer with Linux OS pre-installed! A joy!

Well designed "Configure your laptop" with very clear choice of options as icons where one can easily compare specs and price, without having to scroll (too much...although this could be improved). This was the only site and specialty build your own [non-branded] dedicated to Linux with a wide choice of Distros. I specifically wanted exactly what this company offers: reassurance that all drivers for chosen Distro will be preloaded and tested.

Bought a clevo NS70P 17 inch laptop. I requested the i7 models but it become out of stock after the order. They immediately (Bart) got in contact with me proposing two options. I decided for the option to wait since the i7 was already on order. They said one, two weeks wait but after less than one week the laptop was already mailed to me with priority and reached me in a few days. Delivery was perfect and the packaging was absolutely perfect, my compliment to the warehouse worker!

Heb de Clevo Nj70MU 17 " in dual boot gekozen. De dubbele verpakking is super stevig (dit is enkel maar de van belang bij levering ,maar het is al een goede indicatie dat de firma geen rommel verkoopt.) Heb voor Mint gekozen , vanwege de eenvoud en de beschikbare software . Alle applicaties werken zeer vloeiend , goeie graphics, super audio (streamt Tidal in Ms!) . Het geheel is ook stevig (mil.std 8106) en sober-cool . De enorme keuze in mogelijke configuraties is ongezien, en je hebt dus alles naar wens (of budget) enig minpunt: er plakt geen Tux-stickertje op :)

First class company. Had a little problem with my credit card at first & they where helpful in getting it all resolved. Will do it again when I need another computer.

I configured and ordered a barebones laptop. It shipped to USA without any hassles or issues with UPS/customs. Received in good condition and was up and running after installing my SSD and ram.

I spent ages battling with docks that don't quite work with Linux based desktops and this dock is practically plug and play and should hopefully work with any laptop in future, so a good investment.

They are great in every aspect of running a business.

Minor issue on boot resolved without having to return the laptop. First rate support.

HP, Dell, and the rest of the major players don't sell laptops with physical trackpad buttons anymore. Integrated trackpads are clunky and unergonomic. Having buttons separate from the trackpad provides a natural resting place for the thumb. Integrated trackpads are an RSI hazard because they require constant flexion to hover the thumb above the trackpad. Try drag-and-dropping 10s of thousands of files a day like that and you'll feel it in your wrist. Please always offer a model with discrete physical trackpad buttons.

Door een piekbelasting is de voeding van mijn ubuntu mini-pc gecrasht. Na mijn melding is binnen heel korte termijn gereageerd en aangegeven welke voeding is moest bestellen. Ook gaven ze aan dat bij een eventuele defecte pc een onderzoek naar de schade voor de verzekering konden doen. Gelukkig was dit niet nodig, maar was wel blij met het voorstel. De voeding ontving ik ook heel snel. De mini-pc met ubuntu is trouwens een aanrader.
