I expected a user manual, at least a link to a user manual. But no, nothing....less than nothing. Information online about this laptop is extremely sparse. Can I enter bios during boot? Who knows? Everything else has been stellar.

On a friday my personal laptop broke. Over the weekend I bought a new linux laptop from tuxedolaptops and it was there by early the next week. It runs super silently, was a good price for the hardware and I love the little etching touches that were not too much extra.

Everything was exactly as ordered. All software was installed and worked immediately upon startup. Delivery was made when expected without any delays.

Needed a Linux Laptop for a presentation. They also offered an option for a company logo, which turned out well. The computer works perfectly and looks great.

This was a present for my nearest and dearest, chosen on the basis of my own experience of buying a laptop from you. So far he's not used it much because it'll be a substitute for a clapped out old Windows desktop and he's transferring data gradually. But there is absolutely no reason to complain. Prima laptop, geen storende issues tegen gekomen. Als toetsenbord was Engels (VS) met dode toetsen geconfigureerd waardoor onder de dubbele quote toets een ander teken zat. Engels (VS) selecteren verhielp dat.

I have been using the laptop for a month. Most of the time, it works perfectly. Sometimes, it shuts down automatically and the fans still spinning loudly for 2 minutes (I just open a browser with two tabs, one playing video) I would recommend it can provide battery threshold settings like thinkpad.

I am a new user of Linux (Fedora) and was looking for a new laptop after my old Windows 10 one was getting on in years and giving me a few problems. I had not heard of laptowithlinux and Clevo as a manufacturer before. But the shopping experience was excellent, the laptop was delivered within a few days and convinces me very much in its built and overall quality (keyboard and display are really good), Fedora runs fast and flawless on the laptop. Everything as expected, beautiful laptop, fast and really light. Perfect for our daughter to carry to school, although a lot more capable than what she needs, but I hope it'll last her a few good years!

Sorry it took so long to rate you, but I wanted to have plenty of time to evaluate the hardware (Clevo NL50NU laptop). This is the best laptop I've ever used. It only took 2 days from creating account to shipping! My only (minor) complaint: Is it possible to obtain a PDF user/repair manual for my specific model with Linux? I have searched online, but can't find anything for this model and all seemed to be tailored for Windows ... THANKS! Ron
