Placed an order in mid December which never arrived, despite being given a tracking number. After chasing up I was told the borders were closed and this caused a delay but shipping was now back to normal. I waited another 2 weeks and again nothing. This time when chasing up I was told the shipments were being returned by customs due to the UK leaving the EU. Not once did epodex bother to update me and leaving the EU has been happening for years. Really poor service

Epodex has excellent customer service and I LOVE their Resin! it is definitely my go to! They issued me a refund without me having to ask for one, because my package couldn't be delivered due to Covid and Border issues due to Brexit. I thiught this was fab customer service. Hope we fix the border issue soon! I definitely want my resin! I will 100% be buying from them again! Thanks

I’m quite new to resin and wasn’t taking any chances using cheap products so decided to only use Epodex which has given me a very high stand of finish for a decent price. Brexit stopped my products being made but I’m going to wait till they get back on track rather than use a cheap product and produce poor quality items.

Unfortunately was not possible to receive my order due to Brexit -border closures, but I really appreciated their immediate action to inform me and refund the amount I paid for the order. Thank you! When all this is over I will definitely order again! Stay safe!

I can not write a review about the product due to non delivery, no fault of the company, UK boards have been closed. How ever I do give 5 star for customer service. Shame I could test out the product :(

Great product and easy flowing. I was slightly apprehensive about using epoxy for the first time, but this product mixed well, poured well and left a great result on my bathroom counter. 100% more confident to use the EPODEX product again for my next project

Epodex was recommended to me for high quality products and so I placed my first order in late December. Unfortunately, due to exceptional circumstances, my delivery was stopped at customs and returned to Epodex. A very polite Epodex telephone operative, offered me a complete and immediate refund and has arranged to inform me when the logistics situation is resolved so that I can place my order once more. The company dealt with me very efficiently and I look forward to reviewing the products once they arrive.

The ratio per volume was not available although this is REALLY easy to provide to customers. I had everything ready when I realized that nor the volume ratio or the density were available and I had to use a balance that I had which was not accurate. Therefore, in the 2nd batch I prepared, there was hardener left meaning I had not prepared the correct ratio on one or both batches... IF I buy again I would do what the company should have done: measure the volume of the 1 kg of product, to find the volume ratio on my own... When I called to ask if the ratio per volume or the density are available the person was polite and tried to help but the information was not available...

This was a first resin for me, I’m glad I chose it and definitely I will not try another one! Is the best epoxy resin ,high quality, crystal clear, less odour, easy to work with, dried perfectly ( clear just like glass),no bubbles or anything, impressing finish! I like the peace of mind and great service and products they provide. Thousands of stars across the board! The staff also very helpful and always there when you need them. I’m a perfectionist so I highly recommend this products! Definitely the best company out there!

First time I have used resin, I was doing a complex cork floor, watched the videos, used the calculator and everything worked perfectly

Products are very good and value for money but extremely slow service from ordering to receiving goods. I had to wait 2-weeks from ordering to receiving previous goods and that isn't good enough. I have no phone and new supplier I am trained to use more if you don't buck up your ideas

Delivery times was massively extended from what was stated on the website and epodex offered no support ie information in where my order was. Would never use this company again.

First time I have used the product although I have worked with polyester resin in the past. Worked well with artificial heat due to cold weather and colour turned out as expected. Only thing missing is some information on how to use. This could be included in a brief leaflet listing other products making it cost effective.

EPODEX has a excellent customer service plus quick delivery and before + aftercare service is 2nd to none I had tried a couple of different companies before I bought from EPODEX the reason behind getting from other companies was through reviews but they never stood up to the excellent service I have had from EPODEX direct customer service the product itself is fantastic yes you could say buying resin is the same as anywhere but it’s not some are offering cheaper but it’s not any cheaper in the long term plus the great value for money is great If you aren’t sure what product off resin to buy there’s a team always on hand to help you out like what they did for me as I’m no expert in resin as I only took it up a few months ago + EPODEX has been excellent with myself in helping to make sure I got the correct information ℹ and product to use. So in a nutshell I would highly recommend EPODEX to anyone for the product,customer service team for before + aftercare. John’sarts+crafts

My experience was 1000 pc everything i was advised happened exactly when advised. I wish my Projects in Oil& Has on many countries had been with a great many companies as perfect the world would be more efficient i got resin for my 13 year old Grand daughter , she is hugely delighted and already making items . If others countries were as helpful and caring the world would be a more economic place Thanks to the Guys in Germany have been given an accolade direct such was my pleasure Please ensure the are recognised in some way when i was in school my friend and I built Glass fibre Canoes and would have benefited by your services. i used black resin to insert in a 6ft piece of hardwood a tree image for a coat hanger and not quite finished THANK YOU

Products arrived on time. It was my first experience with epoxy, and I'm very happy with the final result. The product was as described, the chosen colour was surprisingly beautiful. Would recommend this product for everyone.

This company is brill, they are always just a message away, they also love to see the work you have produced using their products via WhatsApp or Facebook. Absolutely recommend epdex.
