Thank you for your comment. In the meantime, we should have sent your product to the right address. It is of course possible that due to the large amount of orders at PostNL, the package is not delivered the same day, but the next day. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this. After you have informed us, we immediately go into it as we think it is important that our customers are assisted as well as possible. To reassure you, we would like to confirm that you have not been scammed. We would like to receive confirmation whether you have already received your delivery. If this is the case, we look forward to a new review to see if you have been properly helped!
