Goedemorgen Christian, Vervelend dat er problemen zijn bij de aflevering van je pakket. We hebben geen mailtje van je ontvangen dus wij waren hier niet van op de hoogte. Je kunt ons altijd gewoon een e-mail sturen zodat wij de koerier kunnen vragen te onderzoeken waar het pakket is. Wij bieden altijd een oplossing, dus direct een dikke onvoldoende geven voor iets dat onze grotendeels buiten onze macht ligt vinden we jammer. Stuur ons even een e-mail via [email protected] en dan gaan we het samen oplossen! Groetjes, Freek

Top site!

Ik was iets te laat met bestellen maar de order kon toch nog mee. De volgende dat al bezorgd voor de middag (levering dus in ongeveer 20 uur). Super geregeld. Site id duidelijk en de sausjes zijn ook nog eens waanzinnig. Erg blij met alles.

Superb!

I have repeatedly ordered from heatsupply, following their staff recommendation to find new sauces I'd like. I even asked if there are some sauces without garlic (one of my friends has allergies) and the response was immediate and accurate. My number one hot sauce supplier!

Hot ‘n saucy

Duidelijke navigatiestructuur en voldoende filter opties op de site. Ook bestelproces zit goed in elkaar met zeer veel betaalmogelijkheden. Wat opviel is dat er toch best wel wat sauzen niet leverbaar waren op moment van bestellen. Weet niet of dat bij Heatsupply of hun leveranciers ligt. Gelukkig voor mij maar één gewenste saus niet beschikbaar. Verzending was sneller dan verwacht, zelfs de volgende dag al in huis en alles was zeer goed verpakt om breken tegen te gaan.

Great products and super reactive team !

Great products, nicely packed and super tasty/spicy. The package arrived in less than a week as expected. I would recommend to anyone who's into spices. Note: if you order from France. avoid using GLS as carrier if you can

We see that you have placed the order just before the weekend and they tried to deliver it on Monday, but in the tracking it says that the address is incorrect. We will contact you about this issue and then we'll contact GLS, to make sure they will deliver the products as soon as possible. We will also add DPD to the carrier options for France. This way you can choose DPD as a carrier service instead of GLS if you are not satisfied with them. Kind regards, Stan

Never received the product

The products and website seems both fantastic and without the shadow of a doubt I think they really are. However I have no idea how good it is because my product has simply never arrived home. You should not order from the website if they are still dealing with GLS which is unreliable. . I hope Heatsupply with change its distrubution system pretty soon.
