Each bottle is handwrapped to prevent damage during shipping. The assortment is huge and delivery takes no more than 2 days. I've been ordering for over 3 years, never had any issues. Highly recommended.

The delivery was very fast and good company's to choose from. Only the price is quite high, but yeah everything is getting more expensive in the world. The peppers of the birria pack were very good, delicious and big. About the tortilla's I can only say that they were ammoniak disgusting. From the moment that I opened the bag a wave of very penetrating ammoniak smell filled the kitchen. Next time I will only buy the peppers and buy the tortilla's from the store of make them myself.

I am one happy customer that's for sure! Not much to complain about really: large selection (can always find new exciting sauces to try), well packaged sauces with a long expiration date, very fast and free shipping to Germany (using DHL instead of GLS would have been slightly preferable but that's a minor quibble), excellent customer service, intuitive and nice website, and considering inflation and supply chain constraints, very reasonable prices. I am recommending Heatsupply to all the boyz.

Meerdere malen besteld en het is altijd snel bezorgd en het aanbod is super groot en divers. Elke keer als ik op de website kijk zijn er nieuwe hotsauces, maar de oud vertrouwde blijven ook beschikbaar.

Hele fijne zaak. Bestel regelmatig en altijd top. 1x een kleine pick hick-up en ik ontving letterlijk binnen 10 minuten na mijn bericht de verzend gegevens van de na levering. Super service!

Bestellingen altijd snel geleverd zoals omschreven. Producten keurig verpakt voor veiligheid. Jammer dat er geen extra punten meer opgespaard kunnen worden maar blijft 5 sterren.

Have to say, spending over 70 Euro on 3 bottles of sauce is not cheap, but the ease of use for the website and the quality of service make it worthwhile. The sauces too are incredible. Could not recommend enough!
