I love this company and everyone has been really nice. Ordered a few times.

Zoals hierboven aangegeven weten zij echt unieke smaken in de wereld van pikant uit te kiezen. Website is heel duidelijk met pictogrammen die helder en eenvoudig zijn. Vlotte bestelling en levering. Top gedaan

Weer helemaal top, razendsnel bezorgd, mooi dat het assortiment zo vaak uitbreid!

I had a rather large order and was able to qualify for free international shipping. The shipping was quick and the package was sufficiently packaged with every bottle individually wrapped, so no broken bottles. Most of the prices were great, however some of the Hot Ones are very expensive, but atleast i don't have to pay import tax from NL. Would highly recommend

Heatsupply is a great online store for your favourite hot sauce and also offers a wide variety of new experiences. Delivery is fast und unproblematic. The bottles are protected individually by a layer of wrapping paper. I would definitley recommend this store as your trusted hot sauce dealer.

I sent the 4 sauces as a gift and the showed as delivered on the 9th of December. On checking it turns out they were never received. The person was in the house all day on the 9th so they would have been able to receive them.

Delivery to nothern Germany within 3 Days via DPD. Good assortment of hot sauces for a good price. Some sauces I'd like to buy are a bit too pricey but that will likely be due to importing from the US. On a personal note: I'd prefer shipping via DHL over DPD even for an upsale. Hopefully this will be an option at some point. :-) Cheers

All the sauces are great with taste & the burn pretty good to extreme. That’s what they where ordered for. So, nothing short then excellent.

Reaper aardvaark had not as much flavour as expected

Het bezorgen van het pakket ging wat moeilijk, maar Heatsupply kwam al snel met een passende oplossing. Uiteindelijk is alles goed gekomen en is het pakket met sauzen in goede orde ontvangen. De bestelling was prima verpakt zodat er tijdens transport geen schade mogelijk was.

You can tell by the amount of dedication and attention to detail these guys put into their website that they are really passionate about what they do. They have the best selection of hot sauces I've come across in Europe. They have lots of great sample packs so you can try out a bunch of sauces. You can sort by spice level, flavour, origin, chilli type etc so you don't feel completely overwhelmed by the massive selection. Ordering from them was a breeze. The order arrived within two days of ordering. What would be cool would be a way to request sauces that they don't have in stock (since they usually import from outside Europe). Or a monthly vote on what hot sauce they should add to their collection next. High River Rogue or the Angry Goat Purple Hippo would be my vote. Cheers guys keep up the good work!

Koop al een tijdje bij Heatsupply en kan het iedereen aanraden. Aardige kerels, vlotte communicatie en goede service. Staan je met plezier te woord en helpen je bij je keuze. Mocht je wat lekkere hot sauce zoeken ben je aan het juiste adres.

Ik moest snel wat hebben voor een verjaardag, later voor een feestje en ik ga nu de Hot Ones challenge bestellen :-) Dat wordt een hete kerst :-)
