Their selection pretty wide, would be nice if more Hot Ones sauces would be available. The prices are very good, considering how much more it costs to order from the US. The delivery and packaging was top-notch!

GLS really screwed up the delivery and Freek smashed the customer service!

I’ve ordered a Hot Ones Pack from Heatsupply since I wanted to do the Hot Ones challenge with my housemates. The delivery was fast and most sauces were in good order but I noticed that the cap of one of the bottles was damaged, causing some sauce to leak. I sent an email to Heatsupply and they immediately sent me a replacement bottle on the very same day. Very happy with how they treat their clients and will definitely order from Heatsupply again!

Eerste bestelling: het bestellen ging soepel en de levering was vlot. Helaas was één product niet helemaal naar behoren ontvangen. Via facebook messenger een bericht gestuurd en binnen een uur antwoord gekregen en een gepaste oplossing aangeboden gekregen. Ondanks dat het dus mijn eerste bestelling was werd ik zeer serieus genomen en respectvol behandeld. Top service, ze hebben er een tevreden klant bij en ik zou dit bedrijf zeker aanraden!

Het is wat aan de prijs, maar daar heb je ook wat voor. Binnen 24 uur bezorgd. Bij vragen via een sociaal medium krijg je binnen een uur ofzo antwoord. 4e keer dat ik hier besteld heb, kan me niet voorstellen dat het tegen zou vallen

Ik heb mijn bestelling eerst niet ontvangen. GSL geeft niet genoeg informatie over de levering. Ze zeggen dat het pakje afgeleverd is maar ik heb nooit iets ontvangen. Uiteindelijk heeft Heatsupply een andere saus opgestuurd dus ik ben tevreden.

Delivered very fast and really good product

Great selection of products and information about them, very well packed plus some nice stickers in the box. Only downside is the shipping outside NL/Germany because there is no free shipping option no matter the order size, and shipping is quite expensive ~20eur., half of that would be very nice, thats why it's 4.5. Recomended.

Mooie producten en goede service door eenvoudige en duidelijke communicatie.

Meermaals bij heatsupply mijn voorraad hete sausjes aangevuld. Dit wordt naar tevredenheid geleverd: netjes verpakt en altijd binnen een paar dagen in huis. De website is verder overzichtelijk en heatsupply reageert snel op vragen via de social kanalen of bv een sausje weer op voorraad komt.

I had Problems with my adress and they were instantly there to help me with it. He was quick to respond and we quickly figured out a way to make it all work. The Sauces are of course amazing and the Shop is definitely to be recommended

A lot to choose from, but the information on the website was very helpful. Delivery was very fast (2 working days) and one of the sauces is almost empty, so will have to order again soon.

The site offered a big variety of hot sauces, with plenty of details on each sauce page for me to make an educated choice. Many sauces have their own video review with honesty and food recommendations which gives the service a "live store" feel. They posted the bottles carefully and promptly and email communication was immediate! I also think the website would benefit from an update but even as it is, it gets the job done and is quite functional. Looking forward for a chance to re-order!
