Fast delivery! Website needs work tho
I compared ordering from Heat Supply to Heatonist because I thought that it might be cheaper to buy three of the Hot Ones sauces directly - let me save you the time: it isn't! With the shipping from Heatonist, it's the same. Of course, with Heat Supply, you have the excellent advantage of having your sauces arrive just a few days later. I was delighted!
I definitely recommend using Heat Supply based on choice and even price, the latter being competitive with ordering from Heatonist directly. It's also fun being able to try some European sauces in there - *love* Heetmakers. However, the website was extremely frustrating, and at times nearly made me quit my purpose altogether. Pages would revert to Dutch sometimes upon clicking a new link (it is a lovely language to be sure, but it is not mine!), some of the sauces' pages caused the site to crash (Dirty Dick's, for example) and had to be added from the list directly rather than from the description page, there was no way that I could see from the menu to sort by heat (there's a hack you can do, but it's laborious), and generally there was just an incredible slow down from the page that caused my laptop's browser to crash entirely (checked across browsers and on my phone, and it was a consistent issue). A better site experience would have put a better taste in my mouth (or maybe that's just the after effects of Da Bomb?)
Anyway. Thanks for supplying so many great sauces, and thanks for the very fast shipping! Will be back!
