Good products & great customer service

For some reason my order didn't get processed. But it was swiftly recovered and more than made up for with lots of extra goodies for compensation. They even followed up by phone to.make sure I received my order. Keep it up!

Fabulous

Originally I had an unanswered email about incense sticks being in stock , but Greentreecandle got in touch with me super quick and turned the situation around . Greentreecandle were extremely helpful on text & were marvellous at finding the items I was after & sending them to me immediately . I will be ordering again with them when I have run out !!! My whole house smells amazing , extremely recommended .
