Terrible experience and still don't know what to expect
We had a terrible experience with the shipment, we almost thought the package was lost. We received the package after 10 days - they advertise 1-day delivery in the nearby aeras.
Then when the phone arrived, the phone (we bought the like new version of an iPhone x) it was packed in a white box with no logo. We were puzzled to see that an almost like new phone didn't even have the original box with it. They also promised a free case and protective glass with it which wasn't shipped to us. Once we contacted the customer service a single glass with no tools to aply it was shipped to us. To date still no protective case has been sent to us. We have been exchanging 18 emails so far with customer services. The most frustrating and ridiculous experience we ever had.
To top this up, because we had troubles with shipment, they compensated with an additional charging cable. Last night the cable went smoking right before we went to sleep. Luckily, we were not sleeping otherwise the whole house would have been burned down. We realized both cables sent were not original nor was the charger or the earplugs. We had accessories from previous additions of iPhones at home. We don’t know what else to expect from this purchase – it has been terrible!
