I had no instructions on how to use the device and the standard dildo is way to big

There was no instructions on how to assemble the product and the dildo is way to big, i doubt that the average person that orders here uses monster dildos, why not give a choice on which girth you like?

very competent and fast delivery

The product I bought doesn't work

The buying and delivery process was problem free, but the product I bought does not work as intended. I don't think it's faulty, just seems like the engine is too weak. I am still waiting to hear back from customer service. So not a great experience, can't recommend.

Very good customer support

Decided to use the .NL site because they were offering faster and cheaper shipping. Ended up asking their customer support for a more precise shipping, which they helped with. Package delivered just as planned, truly excellent service even when shipped outside of The Netherlands.

het toy is naar mijn verwachtingen.

Delivery was super fast and packaging was done really well! Product works great and is easy to set up. I recieved it the 3rd of January and have had no trouble so far! Great purchase honestly.

Amazing

Ik was een beetje skeptisch, had niet zo'n goeie ervaringen met seksmachines maar Hismith heeft daar wel enorm verandering in gebracht. Fantastische machine en makkelijk in gebruik, wel een beetje spijtig dat sommige basis opzetstukken apart moeten verkocht worden, maar anderzijds is het materiaal zeker niet slecht dus eens je het hebt, heb je het voor het leven. Ik heb plezier :)
