Good price, quick delivery.

Package not received but in status delivered according to DPD tracking. On the DPD website the proof of delivery is not displayed for my Dutch address. DPD service did not respond so far to my question where the package might be.

I came accross Twinseason as I was searching for a specific backpack and needed speedy delivery as I was leaving a few days later for a short trek. Not only was the choice on the website very extensive (I will for sure come back for some more outdoor shopping) but the ordering process was smooth and the communication very good - I got an almost immediate answer to my concern, confirming that my order would indeed be delivered within the 4 days indicated on the website.

Ordered snowboard boots. One came with a defect and returned it. Check via email if possible to get new pair, and no problem with that. On the contrary got the new boots in perfect state. Thanks

Parcel arrived on-time, Product was as advertised. Parcel was too loosely taped and partially open on arrival. But all items arrived without damage or loss. Although it would have been easy tinker with the package without cutting the seal tape.
