Hello William, upon your order placement you completed your purchase without paying the correct carriage cost, meaning this would delay dispatch until the correct amount was paid, the Gas Springs Shop contacted you making you aware of your mistake, awaited your payment then dispatched the goods (which are in transit today), I fail to see the justification in your review when if you had completed your purchase correctly the delay in receiving your goods would not of happened.
