Having ordered the spring for our product and waiting for it to arrive, DHL managed to deliver it to somewhere else and inform us that it was delivered and signed for. I called Gassprings to ask for advice on what to do at which point they said leave it with us, we'll get DHL to pick it up from wherever they left it and bring it to us. This was a pleasant surprise. Even better, 24 hours later our errant spring turned up at the right address. Thank you Gassprings for providing customer service that works, something you should be proud of in the current environment.

This is the 2nd time I have bought a gas strut for a JCB skidsteer , the main dealer had quoted 3x the price I have paid here before deciding they could not be bothered to supply , this was some time ago and put up with a failed strut until last summer when I used the excellent website to find what I needed , I have recently purchased the same part again to replace another failed gas strut dating from 1999. I will be using gassprings again.

As a first time user seeking gas struts for the decking hatches for my Koi Pond, I found the very products that I needed, backed up with professional advice.

I don't intend to use company again as postage cost was mad. Using royal mail to NI is smae price as rest of GB so the additonal cost is not reasonable. I even checked DHL costs and you really did over charge for postage

both springs had surface corrosion so unable to get part number, but managed to locate the power from the other spring... your online 'build your spring' facility was very easy to follow.. very fast service.... almost 24 hr delivery. fitted perfectly..... well impressed, thankyou
