Martin, your review is a pack of lies, firstly, our dispatch to you was second to none (ordered and dispatched the same day for a next day delivery), secondly, yes I agree you contacted us wishing to arrange a return (via our website), upon receipt and inspection of your parcel, the findings were gas springs only and no end fittings, refund was (and only can be) given for received items.
I did answer your question regarding 'damaged package' and I said there's no visible damage that we could see, fortunately our packaging recycle bin had not been emptied meaning, yes we did have your return wrapping and could clarify no damage from transit to us that we could see.
As discussed on many emails to and from you, I can't refund for goods not returned, but for some reason you don't understand that.
We operate a fabulous service both dispatch and returns with superb tracking of all items while being processed.
Good luck with your new supplier, as soon as they realise what an awful person your are, they'll have the same opinion as I do.
