Order received by them but I had to add something onto it I had forgotten. Got a call back saying they had received the two orders and they had refunded me the delivery charge on the seconded order as they had pinned them together and treated them as one delivery. Not expected as it was something i had done wrong. When delivery was received i was please with the gas struts and suited my application superbly. Thank you for all your help.

Glad I found this web site. The only hard thing was weighing the wooden lid (approx 30kg) prior to using the calculation tool. Not to sure about price, but hey ho everything else was a doddle. Arrived in a couple of days and installed approx 30 mins. If ever needed again I now know where to go.

I was not exactly sure about what was supplied with the gas spring I wanted to order, but after telephoning Mark on number supplied it was easily sorted. Product arrived quickly and was a perfect fit.

Kit arrived within a couple of days and worked as advertised. Company responded immediately and helpfully to a slight modification to my internet order. Correct positioning of the anchor points is crucial to the correct operation so pay close attention to the on-line tool for your specific situation. I found that I could probably have used slightly less stiff springs that the on-line tool recommended.
