Very helpful calculator on website backed up by personal treatment.

I am a novice and was able to quickly and simply specify the bits I needed. I had help from one of the managers to finally decide what I wanted. I compared two other suppliers but their solutions were not as good.

Prompt delivery

I wanted a gas strut as a television lift. I thought I had ordered a locking version, in addition not being familiar with Newtons, I ordered the weekest one you made. however this is far to strong. Good product, behaves just as planned

I used the calculator to select the spring, which itself is a lot more chunky than cheaper versions that exert the same force. Fitted last night to a custom toy box and it behaved exactly like the simulation. Postage however is very steep.
