Brilliant

I needed replacement gas pistons for heavy glass doors on my kitchen cupboards. I easily found the replacement type I needed on the website and ordering was very straight forward. What surprised my though, was the speed with which the order was dispatched! Having placed the order late on a Sunday night the items arrived at my door on the Wednesday (I live in Ireland BTW). Super service.

Website clear about what I needed and easy to navigate. Impressed by speed of delivery - next day by courier.

The calculation process is not as easy as could be, but i got there in the end! Delivery was incredubly quick, and they were just the ticket! I would've liked if screws were supplied too. Just a little niggle.

I used the on-line design app for size and mounting details and it has proven to be very accurate in my new application. It was not possible to weigh the lid, so double the load on the side opposite to the hinges has worked perfectly. I have used the stainless steel version for my marine application. Quality is excellent.

Bought 2 gas dampers for cupboard hinge and they arrived within 48 hrs. Unfortunately they would not fit - my mistake. I contacted the company to return the items and within 48 hrs have received notification that the refund repayment will be in my account within the next few days.

The web based design was easy to use and provides a very useful drawing with dimensions for fitting the gas springs. The complete set was delivered the next day after I ordered. The gas springs are now fitted and they wo8a treat. A great service and well made product.

The old locker strut had lost its oomph. Details on the old strut were worn and difficult to read or understand. Found Gasspringshop and quickly identified a strut by the dimensioned diagram. The range a operating forces quickly made the information on the old strut obvious. Quickly fitted the new strut and now have a locker door that stays in position.

Should have been dispatched with Royal Mail at a fraction of the cost. Northern Ireland is mainstream UK.
