Delayed delivered

The item was delivered to the wrong address by DHL and it took me about one month and a lot of insistence from my side to both Gasspringshop and UK Mail to get it. Eventually, it was delivered. Although not directly gasspringshop fault (and they agreed with a full refund when asked for) it should be their responsibility to deal with the carrier in an efficient way and/or choose a more reliable one.

Hello Teresa, thank you for your review, from the Gas Spring Shop's point of view your goods were tracked and signed for, we feel DHL are guilty for poor service with delivering your goods, you asked for a full refund of which we were willing to do, but upon investigation by DHL they realised the goods were delivered to the wrong address, DHL collected the goods and correctly delivered them to you.

The item was not received!

The item was not received at the delivery address. Gasspringshop claims it was delivered on 18/12/2019 and someone signed for it, but until now I have no information to whom the item was delivered to since it was not received by anyone at the provided address! I am still waiting for an explanation and solution that hopefully will be provided soon!

Hermes have tried to deliver a parcel to us 3 times out of business hours, please use a courier who is bright enough to notice, when is an appropriate time to deliver a parcel to a business address!

Very pleased, rapid and effective service.
