Just found tracking info not very good.

Replaced the weak oem gas spring with the Gasspring. Like it. Does the job perfertly.

I ordered the wrong one which was my fault, and got it all straightened out once I spoke with somebody on the phone, who knew what they were talking about.

I reached out to the tech dept. on the phone and missed it my 15 min. So I emailed at the suggestion of the person I talked toor he but still have not heard back. Only 2 mornings a week for phone help but the email help is more available. I am an independent contractor and this has delayed things by a day. Hopefully someone will get in touch today.

Finding the right sized shocks was easy and great. The receiving the shocks wasn’t great thought they would have gave tracking number when I placed order but had to contact customer service to get it. Then when it showed up when I wasn’t there, there was only one of two shocks in package. Gas spring customer service wasn’t great, couldn’t talk to a person on phone and got a short email not addressing fully what I was concerned about. I just expected more from a company who specialized in selling shocks and shipping them all over to maybe re-enforce the box to avoid this issue.

I have sent 3 emails trying to tell you that you sent me the wrong product starting march 12. I am waiting for a response so we can resolve this situation
