Really good response time !

Everything was exactly what I order and was delivered in a timely fashion in good condition. The online calculator worked really well. My only issue was I had sent an email as per website recommendations looking to confirm some information since I wasnt really sure on somethings. I never received a response so I just placed the order. Once the order was confirmed I had to send an email to obtain a tracking number. Other than the la k of communication everything went well.

Thanks to Joerg for helping me understand how to use the calculator by sending me a sample calc related to my installation. My gas lifts work well as expected except for small error on my part in calculating the weight of the hatch. Used a bathroom scale to weigh closing edge, and then doubled that weight to get total weight. Bathroom scales can be off a bit, and that bit when doubled becomes a double bit more. My hatch weighs less than I figured so doesn't quite close all the way. Had to install roller catches to hold it closed. I'm happy with that. Gas lifts working perfectly over last several months. Excellent especially with the online calculator

I struggled matching the gas spring for my Takeuchi track skid steer to something available on your site. After looking at so many, I ordered what I thought was a complete spring with different heads. As it turns out, just the spring was shipped to me and now that I need the M5 eyelets. The shipping cost of these two little eyelets is the same as the spring itself. I’m not prepared to pay for shipping on these 2 x $1.25 parts

I needed 2 gas struts for a custom built cushion box on my deck. (box Box is approx 8 ft X 3 ft. with an inch thick wooden lid. I found Gasspring on the net but they only had a US site. I contacted Jeorg @ Gasspring who advised they would be creating a Cdn site. Jeorg contacted me when the site was up, I had a couple of questions about duty; taxes and brokerage getting the springs into Cda. Jeorg assured my the shipping included all fess. I waited until the spring to place my order. Springs arrived within a week!. Just installed them today. Installation was easy; springs operate as expected/advertised! I would be happy to recommend this company for their helpful attitude and efficiency. Their web site provides a calculator to ensure the correct spring is selected and loaded to the proper specifications based on the user submitted info.

The online tools available to determine the specifications of the gas springs that I needed were very helpful and I was able to provide the exact details/configuration for my project. I was a bit surprised that I didn't receive notification of shipment nor a tracking number, but the package did arrive successfully in good order. The components appear to be high quality and I look forward to install them.

I think your configurator is the greatest idea. Being able to se the exact length of the strut when compressed and extended is what made my experience just perfect.
