For my first order I waited 4 months for delivery, even though it showed in stock on the website. I placed an additional order on Sept 5th of this year, and I still do not have the product. I do not know how you even stay in business. James Reimer

Overall as a first time customer, I was pleased. The website was easy for ordering. My only complaint is no contact number to verbally reach who I was dealing with when he had an issue with the shipment. Sometimes its just easier to speak with a person.

When i received the spring and installed it the oil leaked out. I contacted them and they said a replacement would be sent. That was about 8 weeks ago and still no replacement

Not too impress Same part same number but the fitting around the is different so does not fit, so I have to work the metal extremities to Make it fit, doesn’t look professional… All this for 2mm !! It’s taking me at lease 2 hours extra work to make all 8 gaspring fit

The calculator got me right in the ballpark. The 120lb trapdoor to my basement now opens at a slight pull and can be left to close on its own softly. Much better than the rope and pulleys that preceded!

Had a 83 lb floor hatch that needed a gas spring assist so anyone can open or close it safely. There are lots of gas springs for sale on line but there is absolutely no mention of attachments points or hardware. Gasspring.ca has an excellent calculator to help you find the correct spring and tells you exactly where your mounting point locations should be. If I ever need another gas spring Gasspring.ca will be my only go to choice. Well worth the money and time savings.
When we received our order from Gaspring we could see the gas shocks were incorrect. We sent an email to Gasspring to let them know. We sent two emails and made four phone calls, asking for a return authorization. We only received one response saying he had been on holidays. Two weeks later we are still waiting for their response or return authorization.
Would definitely buy here again! Everything is exactly as advertised. I received the product in an acceptable time frame. Use the website to help determine where to install and it was perfect.

although I tried to contact the Canadian side for replacement parts, I was NOT able to consult or speak with anyone. I tried to call numerous times but was only ever able to leave a message and did not receive a reply I know other people who also need replacement gas springs and I will give them the information I received I will caution them to ensure they have the right info to order replacements IT would be great to speak with someone who can advise us on what is truly needed
