What I ordered showed up as ordered, very fast shipping, no surprises when it arrived.

cylinder configurator makes it very easy to find the right part. low cost shipping to canada is a deal breaker.

The website was quite easy to navigate the calculation table and installation instructions really quite clear. Having done this 30 years ago with Calculator and trigonometry today’s experience was much easier.

While it took some time for me to get the gas struts, because of wrong forces in the gas struts, Gasspring made it right and with enough communication the right parts were sent. They prices for bulk items seem reasonable.

USPS is having issues with shipping as they don't recognize address. they have tracking number as 9300120111410471626593. Your order# is WS12032CA. the address is all correct. This is a second package from you and first came ok. this is only package I have outstanding.

Gasspring offered a great design tool to help me specify my gas spring ... thank goodness I didn't have to relearn freebody diagrams!

Item received was not ordered. (kessebohmer model 7954RG) The cost to return the item was $23 and the cost of the item received was $49. will not recommand Gassspring.ca

The Gassprings I ordered are a replacement part for an Italian glass drill. It is the exact part and the same German manufacturer. We didn't have to wait a long time from Italy and a high price because they are made in USA. Received my order in 5 days shipped to Canada. The gas shocks come in many sizes, strengths and many types of attachments. Great product great price.
