Worked as I expected

The gas spring calculator was very easy to use. The parts were all in stock and delivered on schedule. The fittings are very well built and easy to install. The calculation tool also gives you a build sheet to print off showing all of the pivot point measurements needed to position the hardware. My only suggestion would be for their website to give full measurements of the hardware. This would be very helpful for those working with limited clearances. As for the customer, always take a day or two to review your measurements on the gas spring calculator before committing. My wife is very happy now that she can lift her 80lb quilting table top with one hand.

I upgraded the gas springs to stainless steel on my boat. Time will tell if they can stand the harsh salt environment.

If you try to call the company, no-one will answer. During work hours, it always goes to voicemail. I left multiple voicemail about an order, and never received a call back. If you are lucky, you will get a short email response with nothing really to say. I have been trying to get a refund for 2 months now, and they are still not able to call me so we can talk about the glitchy website. Again and again, I get short emails without answering my concern. Save your money and time, shop elsewhere and get a much better deal. Never again

Easy to select the right product and fast delivery

produce was shipped and appears to great quality the end hard ware was not shipped with the order so delayed in the install

I was worry because I didn't receive a track for my shipping so I sent an email asking about it, one hour later I have the product waiting for me in reception, product working even better than originals

The site was quick and easy to use. Calculating the size of the Springs needed was easy to do and was very helpful. Delivery was quick and timing accurate.

They were also too short - they were at least 4” too short. There was no way of attaching the bottom of the lift ball into a socket.

It's been over 3 weeks since my order they took my money but haven't provided me with any details about the shipping. I've sent now 3 emails with no answer to any of them and still don't have my order

I was impressed with the Calculator portion of your website. Just enter the data requested and it figures out the placement of the brackets and type of gas spring. Unfortunately for me, the weight was incorrect resulting in only requiring one gas spring not two as ordered. Can I return it or if I turn the gas spring upside down will it assist with returning the lid to the down position?
