Dear Terry, Unfortunately, a few things went wrong with your order. However, in your first package, you did receive your entire order with the exception of the promised extra seeds. The 5 extra seeds promised have arrived at your home on June 5th and we have refunded you the overpaid amount. Unfortunately, your only response to this was "My review remains the same". Bob

Dear Eric, If your order does not arrive, we are always ready to help, but you have never notified us about this. After you posted this review, we contacted you to find a solution. Your response to that was "Never mind. The seeds finely came today. Better late than never. But I stand on my review. Your customer service sucks!" We asked you what we could have done better, but unfortunately, you did not respond. Once again, we are very sorry we could not make you happy but we feel this is certainly not due to a lack of effort on our side. We wish you all the best, Bob
