Temps d'attente

Le client n'est pas à votre service. En effet lui préciser que le colis sera livré entre 8h et 18h fait que ce même client ne peut rien faire de sa journée. Surtout pas sortir faire une course. Le colis est livré sans signature, donc autant le mettre dans une enseigne, là où le client ira le chercher à sa convenance.

Great shopping experience

I was a little confused at first cause the mail notification said DHL and mySendle was giving me a different date but the bottle was sent via DPD. In the end everything went perfect and within the announced timeline. I will definitely order again in the future <3

Parcel never arrived

My parcel never arrived. Track&Trace said it would have been delivered, but in the town Essen. My hometown is Bochum. Had to contact Amazon for a replacement delivery. Can’t recommend at all

Not properly packed. One bottle broken.

The sending came fast, as expected. But due to the fact that it was not properly packed one bottle broke. Now I am waiting for a replacement. Would I recommend you? Not yet. This answer could not be chosen, so I took no.
