Once They Were The Best In The Netherlands, And Now They Are The Worst

mySendle was by far one of the best parcel shipping company in The Netherlands. Their customer service was always very helpful and their support was one of a kind in this sector. Unfortunately everything turned upside down extremely fast. Within less than a few years their service for customers declined rapidly and their aggressive behaviour against customers increased fast. Now the company is one of the worst in The Netherlands. Their finance department is keep harassing customers with deeply questionable additional payment requests and their customer support is denying any response sometimes if you contact them to ask for what the additional payment request is for. and if they ever respond after sending them endless messages, they just try to justify the payment requests with standard excuses and without any real explanations. Their favorite excuse is ''Oh, that payment request has nothing to do with us. Its just a payment request direct from the courier company for surcharge'' And when you finally prove that nothing what they claim was true , then they just say. Oh, we are really sorry for the inconvenience'' And then they try to change the subject to cover their foults. They try to recharge me for a shipment that was officially cancelled and refunded by their own customer support team after realizing that GLS had indeed failed to pick up the parcel in time. But the mySendles Finance department insists for a re payment. It makes the very strong impression that none of them follows a direct work policy but everyone does what ever they want and don't hesitate to disturb customers with pathetic claims for additional payment requests. In my opinion this company is not be trusted and don't waste your time on them. because they have many other ways how they try to request for extra payments for a shipment (for example: they measure a parcel the way they want to charge you more for a parcel) and they do it again and again.

beloftes worden niet waargemaakt

En na weer een maand wachten na beloftes van creditfacturen, gaat er nog steeds niks gebeuren.

Verloren pakketten worden niet vergoed.

Ach , soms gaat het goed. Zolang het goed gaat gaat het dus goed. Gaat het fout dan komen de beloftes. Als je een half jaar geduld hebt dan keren ze de schade misschien eens uit van een stuk of 10 vermiste pakketten. We wachten dus nog even af. Ze zeggen dat de pakketten verzekerd zijn. Totdat er betaald moet worden. Dan houden ze je, ons nu al 3 maanden, bezig. Diverse beloftes, zelfs managers met valse beloftes. Mailen niet meer terug. Belafspraken worden niet beantwoord. Goedkoop is duurkoop. Ook hier. Ach. Binnen een half uur een verzoek om mijn beioordeling aan te passen. Hoe dan. Mail en telefoon wordt niet gereageerd. Communicatie via Kiyoh is best vreemd

The parcel arrived on the day stated however the subcontractor Colis privé did not inform me by telephone as asked and put the parcel in my letter box which I was unable to remove because they forced the parcel.. apart from that I strongly recommend your company.

Bien mais peut être amélioré.

Cette livraison a été parfaitement suivie. Toutefois, la signature du destinataire lui assurerait une plus grande sécurité. En cas d'absence vous pourriez proposer le dépôt du colis soit dans un point relais, comme le font vos concurrents. J'ai eu en effet voici un mois une expérience malheureuse avec COLIS PRIVE qui assure avoir déposé un colis dans ma boîte aux lettres (sans aucun avis préalable, ni a posteriori), colis que je n'ai jamais trouvé.

livraison déplorable

votre livreur a mis mon colis dans ma boite aux lettre mais pour cela il du a forcer ce qui fait que j'ai eue du mal a le sortir alors que j'avais donnée mon numéro d'interphone il aurait pu sonner chez moi j'étais présente

As usual the courier called...

To say "I am the courier, I have a parcel for you..." Ok... then can you deliver it ? Why do you need to tell them to do their job ? And if you don't pick up they will not come ! But you might have something else to do ... be in a meeting, take care of your baby, taking a crap in the toilets... BUT THEY DON'T CARE! This is so invasive and useless! If you have a parcel, just f...g deliver it! That's what Amazon do, they never call, they deliver... So next time for 5 stars : JUST DELIVER, don't call... DE-LI-VER!
