The announcement came in very late and the delivery was below ground. Several people were at home all day, the doorbell worked and the delivery man only put a note in the letterbox, and then I had to pick up the parcel myself.

Delivered in time with poor quality

Delivery guy opened the package to put the items into the mail box instead of trying to contact me (I was home when he arrived, but as he tried to call everyone of the building to get the door opened, I thought it was a prank)
