Great to see customer service is still out there. I had a mistake on the completion of the form. Had to cancel do again and ask for a credit. Immediate support when i needed it not the normal ring passed from one person to another. Great work guys you should be proud of this team and the asset they are to the brand. Great service. I had a very busy few days prior to my flight. But knowing I could apply for my ESTA fairly quickly was an absolute blessing. The only concern I have, is that the last few times, it had only cost me £14 or so GBP, but, this time it cost over £60? I paid it happily because it’s such a reliable and convenient service, knowing I would be fine and could fly without any problem. But I am curious to know why the cost had increased. However, many thanks! I was able to be with my granddaughter on her 1st birthday!
